I'm being unkind saying it was B-sideish, as the Spices B-sides were always shit unless Christmas themed.
Voodoo and Headlines both feel like old Spice, which is good.

I didn't buy Pogs or Sunny D, but my housemate just made (well, toasted) us Pop Tarts. That's pretty 90s. I may do my fringe into curtains now.

I may do my fringe into curtains now. I somehow managed to that today, unwittingly. I was only off to the cinema though so no one could see in the dark.

Spice Invaders is amazing, despite being essentially rubbish. Mel B's "I want that Indian bit to come again, where is it?" is probably the highlight of her career, in my opinion. That and her comedy Leeds rapping in If U Can't Dance.

Now when I glance in the supermarket, it's only ever chocolate or strawberry. Maybe the Spice Girls should re-launch them - that would be genius. In other news, I'm pretty underwhelmed by the song. It may yet grow on me, of course.

Chocomallow Pop-Tarts! Now there was a breakfast I was only allowed three times a week. Those were the mornings my mother was too hungover to throw milk in a bowl, naturally.

Because we were chavs me and my sister used to have Chocolate Pop Tarts for breakfast everyday.
Once when our toaster broke we were so desperate for our Tarts that we did them under the grill. I wouldn't recommend it as the icing really burnt. Still ate them though.

We were lamenting the decline of Poptarts the other day. What were the flavours that there used to be? We could remember only remember Watermelon, ChocoMallow and the two that they sell now - Chocolate and Strawberry. I have never had the chocolate ones because I don't like anything with a chocolate favour unless it is actual chocolate.
I had Poptarts for my tea tonight. Nutritious and delicious.

Wasn't there blueberry?
I only liked chocomallow Poptarts cold. Too chavvy for a toaster, even.

What were poptarts? I remember my sister eating them but I never tried one. Were they pastries?

What were poptarts? I remember my sister eating them but I never tried one. Were they pastries? They were things that mothers gave to children they didn't really care about which would stick to the roof of their mouths if they didn't drink enough milk with it.

At one point you could definitely buy frosted strawberry ones, and strawberry ones without icing. A "healthier" choice for the kiddies I guess...

A discussion on the Spice Girls turns effortlessly into a discussion on pop tarts.
Which is, of course, what they started out as.

And hence why the Spice Girls re-launching Pop Tarts would be perfect. I think there was a cherry flavour at one point. On a side note, remember Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which then became Cinnamon Grahams? Well, they're now called Curiously Cinnamon - isn't that amazing?! After a second listen, Headlines significantly improved. Still not keen on the posiness of the video, though.

They may need to considering that their new single has only sold 4,900 copies.

I am going to see them in five weeks and could not be more excited. That's all that matters to me!

They just had a clip of the first performance at the Victoria's Secret launch thing on GMTV. They was a snippet of them performing Stop and it sounded like they were miming to the old song, and their look was based on Steps in A Deeper Shade Of Blue, only with grey outfits rather than blue.

Did anyone see them from the photocall at the Victoria Secrets launch, Emma and Geri were both wearing dressess that Britney had worn. Although both looked much better than her.

So Headlines is now a top 11 smash hit, and apparently the lowest charting Children In Need single ever. Oh dear. Sorry kids, no new wheelchairs this year.

A classic case of a pretty rotten song attaining the chart position it deserves. You can't exactly blame it on a lack of demand for their return (the tour sales tell rather a different story) but it serves as a warning that they have to do more than just show up.

Kylie, Girls Aloud, Sugababes and Spice Girls one after the other in the charts.
Pop is back, ladies.

Small behind the scenes tour report from Sky News: news.sky.com/skynews/video/videoplayer/0,,31200-1295171,.html I may have misheard, but i quite like the way Geri says 'So I left it at home" about her daughter.
