Ryan Phillipe is supposed to be Two-Face.
This is dreadful news.

Wasn't Harvey Dent in Batman Begins? I can't remember.
People are saying Philip Seymour Hoffman may be The Penguin. I'd rather have Catwoman with The Joker but I guess Halle Berry killed that idea.

Ryan Phillipe is supposed to be Two-Face. This is dreadful news. Oh dear that would be absolutely atrocious. But, I don't think it's true. Josh Lucas has been publically campaigning for the role, so he could get it.

I would be ecstastic if Ryan Phillipe did Two-Face! I would imagine though that Christopher Nolan won't want to spoil the broth so to speak, so may just stick with the Joker for this film. Heath will be awesome. Xenomaniac, Two-Face wasn't in "Batman Begins" but was in Batman Forever- with Jim Carey as The Riddler. It was the second to last one. Not completely atrocious, but not brilliant either.

I'm so gutted about Heath Ledger being in Batman. Mind you, I'm only going to see it because of Christian Bale. He'll save it for me, barely. I would be happy to see Ryan do it. he seems contractually bound to get his nice bum out in every film so it's great to see him get more work. That would definitely add to the appeal of the movie, I have to agree. Cruel Intentions was bad, but good for that reason.

The viral campaign for this film is absolutely amazing and its still got a year to go.
That Joker picture is fucked up, a totally deranged Joker could be really really scarey. I still cant see Heath Ledger in the part mind you.

Shame it's a hoax photo, isn't it? In contrast to the shitastic version of the Joker they currently have in The Batman animated series, I'd love a really dark version of him and less of the wise-cracking brightly coloured camp.

Oh ok. A few false ones have been floating around the net and I assumed it was another one as it's quite similar to the main fake one which was 'leaked'.

Agreed with the marketing campaign as well, it's genius.

Something's leaked, but that's not the reason I'm a little moist with excitement.

Ryan Phillipe is supposed to be Two-Face. This is dreadful news. I think I saw something on the Interweb the other day which said it is Aaron Eckhart. I hope this is true. I quite fancy him and he does smug and villainous quite well.

That trailer wasn't as good as I was expecting. I hope it was just to introduce the Joker to everyone, and the film itself will be much more of a kickass ensemble piece like the first.

I'm really not feeling the hype for this. It all looks suitably grim and rainy, but for me, completely uninteresting.
However, that shot of Ledge looking up into the camera is very freaky...

SQUEE! That looks amazing. Plus, towards the end there's a quick glimpse of Two-Face.
Heh. I just noticed the link is under the section 'happytrails'. Not the usual happy trails site I've seen.

Well, after seeing this last night I can honestly say it is fucking fantastic and easily the best edition in the series. Not one single person in the screening room was disappointed. At times it's like watching an epic psychological crime drama than a superhero flick - and that's down to some amazing script writing and acting. All of the cast are ace but it's totally Heath's film and I think that would still be perceived the case if he were alive. It's FUCKING dark at times and I can't believe that character was killed off half way through.

I'm really hyped for this movie. I didn't even see Batman Begins. I've managed to get decent seats for BFI IMAX in a few weeks time.
