Just in case people weren't aware, Terri has a website, where she keeps in touch with her fan. There's a lovely entry from yesterday where she mentions how ill she's been over Christmas, her sister, and that her parents are tragically dead. I wasn't aware of this, were you? www.terri-dwyer.com/

My god...as a copywriter, I've just vomited up a styleguide and a dictionary...
I love the bit about '60mm Makeover' though, as well as:
"ITV deal with the applications directly and I have no influence over the decisions no matter how heart breaking your stories might be!"
Even with parents WHO ARE DEAD JUST LIKE MINE

I did quite want to re-write the entire thing with added DEAD PARENTS anecdotes.

The photos in the 'galley' are so awful - hilarious.

Oh that must be a pisstake. I'm not sure which is worse - the frankly awful and whingey nature of the whole thing or the fact she 'name-dropped' Tony from Hollyoaks.
60mm Makeover would be interesting to watch. They have an hour to redecorate a mousehole.

So i fancied a laugh this mornign, so i went on her website.
There is a new blog, and it is sublime.
A Teaser:
'I guess it take up such a large part of our life its probably best to try and work in something you do enjoy. I know that’s not always possible, but life is too short to be unhappy. A lesson I learnt after the death of both my parents I guess.'

"Even if you just want to have a moan about how much certain things annoy you then come on."
Oh the temptation.

"If they have the money or the time then they’re not really the people we’re looking for."
We shall only give makeovers to those who do not have the time to receive them!

What a stupid bitch. I love her shit site. Who actually wants to know what's going on with her? I'm sure we're the only people that actually read it.

Why does she insist on saying 60MM. It sounds like an uncut version of crap snuff thriller 8MM.
And I misread the opening gambit as "Well in fact I've been rubbish for quite a long time."

Everyone would hate that to happen to them, but if it's that terrible would you feel the need to mention it aaaall the time.

I read an exchange on Facebook between my friend and someone he went to primary school with. He'd mentioned his mum had died and her response was "i'm sorry to hear about your mum! thats sucks!!!!!". I'm fairly sure that's a rather flippant response, even with Terri Dwyer.

"Both Dwyer's parents are deceased, a fact that she regularly mentions."
I'm going to hell because I choked with laugher at that.

I think I'm the one going for hell for that...
I watched "60MM" today and it was aweful. The woman had a shit house and a dad THAT IS DED!!! And for the first time... they built a conservatory. I bet it fell down within a week.

They're looking for new people for the next series of 60MM, but they have to be 'deserving and have a back story'. I suggest a 60MM/XFactor crossover.

How can you not have a back story?
"Your application for 60MM has been rejected as we feel you are someone who is more of a plot device than someone with a thorough back story"

Oh dear, I know I shouldn't laugh but the comments on her website have made me choke on my coke. Wendy Brodies on a mission isn't she, the woman can barely string a sentence together but is getting all high and mighty about ITV not treating deaf people equally.

!!!!NEW UPDATE ALERT!!!
"....it always amazes me where people get their strength from and I’ve had my far share of pain and suffering! Not quite in the league of some of the contributors, but lets say I’m no stranger to it."
Terri - you've had pain and suffering? Why have you never mentioned this before??

Why does her wiki page not tel us about her dead parents? Id have thought something of such obscurity would need to be mentioned, since obviously nobody knows about it. However, it does tell us that Jeremys parents are thankfully still alive.

I actually added a bit about her dead parents on the wiki page and it was there for about two months I think. en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Terri_Dwyer&oldid=191275362At the bottom.
