My 5 would be Selma Blair, Cheryl Tweedy, Niaomi Campbell, Kelly Brooke and Sara Cox. I think each one would great fun in one way or another, especially Coxy as I'm sure she laugh and talk about snot all the time. Brilliant.

I remember being outraged the first time Alyson Hannigan beat Sarah Michelle Gellar. I didn't get that either until I noticed that Alyson had done some slightly kinkier exclusive shoots than Gellar for FHM not long before the poll closed. Plus there is the geek vote that put Gillian Anderson and Terri Hatcher on top while they were Scully and Lois Lane. Wait, didn't Alba turn up in two comic book adaptations and was the star of 'cult' show Dark Angel?

5. Alessandra Ambrosio (Victoria's Secret model, apparently) Again, Alessandra Ambrosio is ridiculously good looking.

We should have a lowculture top 10 men poll. I'm sick of this heterosexual agenda being forced down my throat. Company Magazine used to do a 100 sexiest men poll. It was rubbish though because Robbie Williams used to win every year. Even when he was going though one of his many fat and mental phases.

My friends and I used to have a 6 monthly review of the top 10, where we could each submit our personal top 10s, then negotiate them down to an ultimate 10. Oh I'm so excited, I have to go off and start compiling.

The FHM top 100 - I've always thought it was fixed, in an oh look Mariah Carey is suddenly at number 23 despite having done nothing except an FHM shoot this year, and that there are a hell of a lot of models in there for the sole reason that the editor wants to sleep with them.

You have ten places? I'm impressed.
Jessica Alba just looks like another identikit Hollywood blonde to me. Her features are so neutral she could be almost anyone. She's not sexy, just buff - there's a world of difference.

As far as I can recall Jessica Alba has only ever been in films/shows that involved her wearing a bikini/ a latex style costume/ playing a stripper. I think it's probably her consistency that pleases the readers of FHM!

I'd love to see a gay men's version of the top 100 sexiest women, where Nicola Roberts, Michelle Gomez and Toni Collette make the top 10, with Helen Worth and Terri Dwyer floating around the low seventies.

I don't mind sorting out an Ultimate Lowculture Sexiest Men if everyone wants to post their top 10. Once the list is done someone else will have to post photos though as I mainly come on here during work and I might get in trouble if I am caught looking at websites full of scantily clad men!

I'd love to post my top ten! I am very fussy, so at the moment I have six but hopefully by the end of today I will have ten along with damn hot pictures.
thelovelykate - do you want to start an official thread in the most... er... appropriate section of the site, if you are taking the reins?

do they have to be alive? Most of my top ten would be dead. Although their inclusion in the list would mainly be for their pre-dead work.

Crikey! Where's the most appropriate place?! I'll stick it in the lowlife bit (top of the board). EDIT: The thread is now in lowlife. Get posting kids! Pollyanna, go mad - put anyone you want down, it's your top 10!

I love that idea. I think that should be the next project once the Top 10 Men is out of the way.

I always wanted to see a male version of the Top 100 Borderline Boilers in Viz, about famous people who, as they put it in Viz, "Your head says no, but your dick says go!".
I always found some of what they said in that list to be very funny. My best friend loved what they wrote about Natalie Cassidy. "A bulldog chewing a bulldog chewing a wasp chewing a wasp".

Boyz magazine did something in the late 90s called Top Snatch. I can't remember who came tops, Madonna or Sandra Bernhard.

I just saw the full list and noticed the 2006 High Street Honey Charlotte McKenna is at #31. She was in my year in primary school and I'm still weirded out by seeing photos of her on the cover of lads mags. Then again, I still haven't forgiven her for sitting on my Kinder Egg in Year Four. Ruined the chocolate but I managed to salvage the toy. Whore.

You know reading this list makes me grateful that at least Sienna 'I want to be taken seriously as a talented actress and not Jude Law's ex bit of fluff' Miller wasn't in the top ten. I see a picture of her greasy hair and I want to get a contract out on her. Talentless idiot.
Eliza Dushku would be on my 'I liked my own sex' list too. Where did she go?

My boyfriend has informed me that it is FHM top 100 voting time again. I wouldn't normally vote (what with being a girl and not a lezz) but I feel that Cheryl Tweedy needs cheering up. Just thought I'd let the good people of lowculture know in case they wanted to give her their support.

The adverts at the top of the page came up with this when I opened the thread. Actress Helen Worth Famous soap star Helen Worth available for personal appeareances www.showbizworks.comThat got me thinking - if everyone on here voted online for Helen Worth, might she just scrape it into the top 100?

So the 2008 list has been published, and apparently Megan Fox is the sexiest woman in the world. Meh. But, far more interestingly, Kirstie Allsopp has made the list!! Higher than both Minogues, no less. entertainment.uk.msn.com/celebrity/PhotoGalleries/article.aspx?cp-documentid=8153845Maybe next year, we can really get the Helen Worth thing into motion. In the meantime, is it time for the 2nd Annual Lowculture Top Ten Men yet?

Megan Fox of Transformers/that shit thing with the children on ABC1 Fame? Ick, no. She looks so... Cheap. She wears much too much eyeliner, and not in a cool, Debbie Harry way. She's the skanky cheerleading prom queen, and so the little fat girl side of me hates her.
I care about this much too much.
