Why no H&A thread? Kane and Kirsty getting married is a dreadful mistake. O that Kane half good and misunderstood, half evil. Poor Kirsty. Beth and the original trout pout getting married was lame. The new twins are hideous. Noah is gorgeous. Isn't Flynn tubby? Sally is very pretty these days. Hayley has an odd chinlessness about her. Or else her mouth is too small. Kane's mouth is oddest of all though (cats arse). Itwas strange to see Brodie back, and yet dull too. Alexi is getting on my nerves now.Is he still dating Leah in real life? And are Hayley and Noah still together in reality too?
Come add your musings, I can't be the only one who cares.

Kane has a face like a cat's bottom.
And why do they always insist on making "the geek" wear glasses? It's getting dull. Why not have a geek who wears lenses, or who doesn't need glasses at all, or -- get this -- people who are not geeks who need to wear glasses occasionally.
I don't know why that bothers me, but it does.

My God, she's marrying her sister's rapist, the bitch! Haven't watched this since June, as we don't have channel 5 in Wles (and they claim we're a developed nation?). I thought there was a H&A thread, right at the beginning of this board, started sometime in June, I distinctly remember posting on it.

Well kim is a fairly yummy piece of eye candy, no? What do you think has happened to the Campbells? I think they did set it up themselves.

If the Campbells were the missing diving couple I reckoned they were spies or pirates when they were still on the boats. The looks they were giving each other were give away 'we're up to something' signals. Only catch up with H&A on Sat mornings so i may have missed to conclusion of thi sstory though.
Is Kirsty back from her mum's yet. She is quite a little madam, going off with her sister's rapist and expecting everybody to accept it? Lying about being pregnent? Bad girl, bad girl.

Just how good was today's Home & Away?
Interior monologues! Intercutting 'clever' editing and all that! Ripping apart, and fucking up, the two stablest couples in the show! Euthenasia! Morphine! Surrogacy! Extra-marital affairs!
Top all that with two scenes of Jesse in his boxers. And one scene of him in tight shorts.
Fuck me, it was good.

My god it was amazing again today! Cars going over cliff edges, drag racing, Jade drunked up wearing Bad Girl eyeliner and heavy red lipstick!
I haven't seen it in a week - is Jade no longer Rhys' Pieces' daughter?!
Is this a twin-swop story or something?!

-A Strike me blue, Home & Away is officially mad again! Albeit not quite as mad as the Angela Russell days, but mad nonetheless... Jade was expelled last week too for being the ringleader in the school lock-in. Seb gave Mr. Hyde a good old shove to ensure he was expelled too. All relatively normal so far... Two strangers turned up at the caravan park proclaiming that there was a mix-up at the hospital the day Jade & Kirsty were born, and that Jade was their daughter. Rhys and Shelley weren't convinced, but then in walked the strangers' "daughter", Kirsty's identical twin. Hence Jade's gone totally off the rails doing "drugs" with Duncan, the boy who makes Kane's mouth look normal. You've also missed Sally walking out on Flynn (she's staying with Pippa) due to him and Leah getting a bit too close for comfort. Flynn was a bit miffed as well as Sally stole some morphine to bump off Floss (Floss wanted help dying as she had cancer and wanted to go out "gracefully" -- but then got a letter saying it was all a big mistake. What's with these Australian hospitals?!), and it transpires Flynn's despisal of euthanasia isn't just professionalism - he bumped off his old ma and never forgave himself. Now Leah's admitted to Flynn that she's in love with him (has she forgotten what Jesse looks like?!) and thrown in a tongue sarnie in just to mix it up a bit more. And! Noah proposed to Hayley. Next week Noah realises his mistake and comes back to Angsty. Today was stunning, I actually gave out a little scream. Poor Jade, or more importantly, poor Seb. There definitely wasn't a seatbelt on that bonnet. The flaming galaaaaaaaaah. And Morag's back! Huzzah!

I have obviously been very stupid to have missed this recently, must try harder. Is there a second Jade too? That Rhys is very careless about who he may or may not have fathered.

No, Jade's real parents have raised Kirsty's identical twin.

oh, I thought both sets of parents had twins and the mix up was like that Bette Midler film with two sets of twins that are mixed up at birth, its name escapes me

God bless you for making me remember this film. Don't stress too much about Jade, she appears to be lost in the sea. Unless something happened in Friday's episode which I haven't seen yet.

I watched the omnibus this morning, tres bein!
Loved the Leah and Flynn thing, they do make a sexy pairing. Whole thing spoiled by my mother reminding me that I was 24 and still watching Home and Away. I am moving out shortly.
Big Buisness was the first film I remember seeing the cinema so all 'n all this thread is making me fell quite old. For goodness sake I rember Duncan being born! Why no mention of his Aunt Roo? Perhaps she could sort him out?

: Loved the Leah and Flynn thing, they do make a sexy pairing. : Is this sarcasm?! Compare and contrast: www.homeandaway.com.au/images/meetthecast/jesse_128.jpg[/img] : Whole thing spoiled by my mother reminding me that I was 24 and still watching Home and Away. I am moving out shortly. : How dare she. You could tell your mother that I'm 28 and utterly obsessed, so she's lucky to have a (relatively) normal child...

Flynn (who isn't real Flynn anyway as Martin Dingle Wall was and still lives on as him in my dreams) disgusts me with his tubby bod jogging along the beach and his way too heavy breathing. And Leah also makes me feel icky...there's something about the way she wears those braces that's all wrong. Sally on the other hand is a complete babe, and whilst not my type it's clear to see the appeal of Jessie. So I hope that Sal and Jess find their way to each other.

O man, just how much does one family have to endure? Even by soapy standards the poor Sutherlands have way too many life threatening/changing, all round badnesses happening to them.
Duncan is so very very evil.
Kim is scrumptious.

Resurrecting this to point out that Isla Fisher is on the front page of IMDB today, though sadly H&A is not listed under her most illustrious roles to date:
"Isla Fisher has managed to stand out with fine comedic turns in The Wedding Crashers (she's the needy redhead) and Scooby-Doo (as Mary Jane, Shaggy's love interest). Because Isla's managers were proactive, and used Publicity Photos, her page stands out as well. Don't let our gray, "No Photo Submitted" image greet your client's potential employers. Go to their page, click on that solemn graphic and start the IMDb Publicity Photos easy self-submission process."

There's a photo of Angel (Melissa George) in Heat this week. (In the celebs dresses section, altho' one could be forgiven for thinking the whole mag is celeb dresses) Ahh, old skool H&A. I am loving the stalker story line, I'm a bit behind with it all as I've been away but have it all taped. My theory is that it won't be nasty evil Marc, but that possibly the new nurse Zoe is the bonkers one, there is something unhinged about her. And Flynn just gets more hideous daily. Real Flynn would never have done the things that he has, poor Sally is far too good for him. Perhaps she could have a wild sexy affair with Kim, she deserves some eye candy after looking at tubster all this while.

I know who it is!
I don't get to see Home & Away anymore but a friend has recently returned from Australia, updating me with several-months of storylines to come. It all sounds fantabulous.

I loved the Lord of the Rings homage today, with hobbit-faced Sally hiding under the bank and the Black Stalker standing over her.

Hands up who wants to see more of Ric cycling naked thru the bay??? *raises hand*
I'm ashamed at how much I loved the conclusion to the summa bay stalka. It makes me chuckle too that all the residents kept screaming things like "the stalka's still at large", what kinda town wud be smug enough to think it had its own town stalka cept for summa bay? In Erinsburough they'd be way more humble about it.
