I'm quite suprised that "Neighbours" is the most searched for item today on Yahoo! UK. It can't be the same "Neighbours" what we all know and love. But surely everybody needs good neighbours?

Has anyone else noticed that the episodes have names now? Its just at the beginning where the credits are coming up but its started. I've only noticed it twice so far. Seriously? Like The Bill used to have, but stopped doing when it became all soapicised? And like Casualty still does, while Holby City never did (I don't think...)? I'm not entirely convinced that this is ever a good idea for an ongoing drama serial. It is so hard to believe of Neighbours. Less so if it was something flakier and more annoying like Home and Away, perhaps. But they run out of stupid episode titles in no time. Worthless Fact #1: There have been at least two episodes of Casualty called 'Not Waving But Drowning'. Mmm, really. Worthless Fact #2: There have probably been at least three hundred episodes of Casualty called 'Family Ties', 'Holding On', '[Blood Is] Thicker Than Water', 'Breaking Point' etc etc etc. Anyway, Neighbours. Not seen it for a few weeks. There was priest-lust going on from women who should know better. Joe's brother, right? But where the fuck is Joe these days? If he's dead, everyone seems to be taking it very well. Is he dead? Still sacked? The Elaine Lordan of Neighbours?

The only thing that was missing from the scene was somebody slapping Izzy across the face. Hopefully that comes later. Why does everybody hate Izzy? I don't understand it. She's such a complex character. Compared to the other women in Neighbours - the pretty, underdeveloped ones (Steph, Cyndi, Libby) and the suburban cabbages (Lil, Lynne, Susan) Izzy and, sometimes Sky, are the only one that comes across with a shred of believability.

Everyone is being too hard on Khaarl. When he finds out that Gus is the baby's father I think he'll turn to Susan. And the'll get back together. Unless she is letting father Tom up her aisle.
I hate Lynne. She is the crapest character. I even now hate the actress who plays her. I bet she is just the same in real life. She has defo had botox or something.

The Karl and Mrs. Kennedy fight was up there amongst the best soap moments ever...... possibly even the second best soap moment - finding out who Freddy's lover was in Eldorado is still the best.

It's not a matter of hating her per se. But she did a lovely hatchet job on Karl and Susan's marriage (which was arguably not in the rudest of health to begin with, but that still doesn't excuse her behaviour) which does lead one to hope she gets some form of comeuppance at some point. And before anyone accuses me of being a misogynist, yes, I think Karl deserves a good slap too. But the screaming tirade from Susan went some way to achieving that. All Izzy's really had was Libby's column, which isn't quite the same. POSSIBLE SPOILER (highlight text) Doesn't it turn out she's not even pregnant in the end anyway?

But she didn't break up Karl and Susan's marriage! Her and Karl got together after K&S had split up. Way after, in fact. Before that, Izzy was something of a confidante to Karl, and it's that old chestnut; can a man and woman ever just be friends? Obviously in this case they couldn't, but Izzy was against being with Karl while he was still with Susan.

She has ehr own problems to worry about, e.g. the baby, Jack's wild behavior, Joe's death. How long ago did Joe die? He hasn't been in it for months.

I don't think Joe is dead. He just went off to look after an ailing relative and never returned.

After quite a few years of not being at all bothered about Neighbours, I happened to switch on BBC1 last week to discover the almighty show-down between Susan and Karl. I only saw 3 minutes but it was enough for me to almost start crying. How ace is this? (well I guess I’m asking people who already know the answer to this!) Sorry I’m a bit late to the party, but can I join in this fun? P.S. I *heart* Darren Stark. P.P.S. Susan's shagging a priest? Seriously? Cool!

Jack takes him away to "help stop the forest fire", but really he murdered Joe and ditched the body. Lynne, she's an evil bitch, so is her actress.

What happened with the whole Jamie Clark thing? I forgot how that ended. Is he coming back or is that it all over with?

I dunno, but the storyline happened during the whole bbc carehome themed week thingy. I can't remember but I think Stuart helped him, and helped him get his money from Karl and Susan, and then just left him to sort himself out.

Neighbours is back on our screens on Tuesday! Why do they never show Neighbours on bank holidays? I think most people would rather see Neighbours than some shitty old movie.

Sky danced. SHE DANCED. It was amazing. Sky is Queen. She did look quite large when the guy was picking up her. Did I see a cable attached to her? That was quite random, but the best part of neigbhours for a long time. Boyd is getting buffer and more manly ever episode. So is Scott.

Everyone is being too hard on Khaarl. When he finds out that Gus is the baby's father I think he'll turn to Susan. I missed a few episodes, is Gus definitely the baby's father? The Karl and Mrs. Kennedy fight was up there amongst the best soap moments ever...... I was quite surprised, it's the highest form of actual acting (oh, the emotion!) I've seen in the show for a while. Stingray Scott annoys the crap out of me. "Boo hoo, Give me a nickname Toadie, summat about a fish". Shut up. I loved Skye's dance routine in Grease Monkeys, I hope that's the beginnings of Neighbours:The Musical, which was ditched years ago when the Home & Away one came out. Where the fuck has Darren Stark gone?! I've looked at the TV Times at the 10 word Neighbours synopsis each day, and it's Susan and Tom mania.

I have full-on crushes on Sky and Izzy after today's episode. I don't care what anyone else says, Izzy is adorable (and ever so slightly incestuous with Max)
