Colin Murray was filling in for the brilliant Simon Mayo on 5 Live last week, making things shite. Muppet.
Chris Moyles I'm finding myself disliking a little less these days. Maybe I'm mellowing in my old age. Or going senile. Something like that. At least he slates the playlist crap once in a while. Unlike Cunty Wiley.

I actually don't mind Chris Moyles. I agree he's one of the only genuine ones on there.
My current problem is with Kelly Osbourne. On that show of her's she somehow manages to turn EVERY single person who phones in's problem into something about her. And that Grimmy is walking a fine line between annoying me because he's an E4 presenter and annoying me because he is trying really hard to be non offensive on the Beeb and appeal to twelve year olds through being shite and unfunny.
I'm secretly hoping this whole try hard Switch thing dies on its arse.
The best show by far is Rob Da Bank on a Sunday/Monday morning. Some amazing music.

Indeed. The other day someone phoned in saying they were gay and wanted to come out, but did REALLY fancy Sharon Osbourne so they were a bit confused. She was very angry. It was vaguely amusing.

Are you sure you didn't mishear? The idea of Sharon Osbourne as a catalyst for turning gay is much more plausible.

Aled off of the Chris Moyles show is filling in for Kelly Osbourne this weekend. This can only be an improvement, no?

Oh that will be good. I like Aled and, yes, anything is an improvement. Westwood doing it was one of the most funny/cringeworthy/painful things i've ever heard.

There was a poster ad for Chris Moyles' second "book" in Lime Street station yesterday and unbelievably, it featured an endorsement from Fearne Cotton. Sign of the apocalypse?

Annie Mac really pisses me off too. How the bloody hell does she warrant a position on the Culture Show assessing various Musical Offerings.
I'd much rather have Annie "We Dared'nt Sack Her" Nightingale than Annie "Belfast's Belmer" Mac.

Why has no one mentioned (as far as I can see) the total knob end George Lamb on 6Music? The man's a complete wanker. That braying faux cockney accent and unfunny studio crap that he puts out. Grrrr!

Um... because he's on 6Music not Radio 1? I think there is a thread about him somewhere though and the consensus is very much one of haaaaate.

To be fair, I can see how it'd be easy to get confused. What with the inane "posse", the moronic catchphrases and the minimal knowledge of music outside of the playlist (Lamb's interview with Stephin Merritt the other day was PAINFUL) you could well think you've tuned into Radio 1 by accident.

Doi! I didn't see the Radio "1"! I thought it was odd that a list of the worst radio djs ever was missing that enormous tool Lamb. It's distressing to think of him interviewing Stephin Merritt. I'm really not going to listen to that on replay much as I admire Stephin. Sooo, worst DJ on 1? It's got to be the colossal tosser Moyles.

Aww of course love takes a winding detour around daytime radio 1 and rejoins...erm...the metaphor im not smart enough to complete.
