I hate Zak. I hate the way he looks, I hate his annoying voice, I hate everything about him, including the actor that plays him.

Zak was horrible to Cameron. Prick. I hate that kind of mentality; 'Oh you don't want to spend your first year of university in a puddle of your own vomit, you must be a loser.'
Maybe it's because he secretly fancies him.
Cameron basically represents hot geeks everywhere. He joins Seth from the O.C. and Pacey from Dawson's Creek, just without the witty one-liners.
I still think Cameron and Bella are the cutest straight couple ever.

Most importantly: it was a shit plot in 1999 when Geri and Nikki did it to Anna. Changing the genders and waiting five years does not make it a new and exciting plot.

It's official. I'm going to marry Cameron. Honey, we're all going to marry Cameron. Because, quite frankly, why would we want to marry anyone else, ever, after seeing that episode?

Oh for fucks sake.
Cameron is apparently leaving too. Sometime before Easter.*
Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck.
I am so pissed off. Bella is leaving next week. Cameron a few weeks later. And who are we left with? Fucking Zara. And Becca. And Tony! And that fucking 'American' guy with the face like a frog.
Now I remember why I hate Hollyoaks so much.
*Mind you, this was only on the digitalspy forums, so I guess it might not be true. But it probably is.

I'm so upset that they're getting rid of Bella, for they will ensare her from right under The Cameron's nose just after he's got her and is so happy about it. Sob, etc.
He cannot be leaving. I might die. What else is he going to do? He might be a bit of hot tush be his acting is far too bit rubbish to cut it anywhere outside Chester.

Oh, never mind. I just got my Miss Marple on and have discovered that he is in a band called 'Chairman Of The Bored' (he has gone way down in my estimations having read that) so maybe that's what he's leaving to pursue.
Also he originally auditioned for the part of Jake Dean, apparently. Which means, had he got it, we would now be seeing him with his top off lots. Damn.

NO! I can't believe they're writing out Bella! I think the first episode I watched was the one where she arrived, and I lover her and so kept watching. And now I am hooked. But she's a great character, particularly since everyone else is so generic. When I'm updating friends I'm always having to say 'The blonde one....no, not the twin...er, she was Juiliet! Her, Steph!'.
Darlene's REALLY pissing me off. I'd like to push her through a plate glass window now.

Hollyoaks reached a double-low this week. We'd all seen the "Justin learns to love his homework" thing coming a mile off, but did it have to be so sickly? I was a geek at school, but I did not wander down corridors with a big fuck-off book in my hands.
Bella's exit was criminal. What a waste of a character with a slightly odd accent (or "accunt" as she would have said). How come they throw her out the window but they're keeping the ugly "American" gym trainer, who sounds like a holidaying German?

You know they did a ocmpetition where the winner got to appear in Hollyoaks... Is that "American" guy him? Cos he can't act for shit. Also, is that the end of Bella? Will Cameron find her on a council estate or somehting, then that'll be the last of her?

I don't think so - there'd've probably been a documentary on it if it was him. There was a big hypey build up the last time they did it (bringing in Ben, Izzy, Theo and Laura). Besides, the competition thing wouldn't explain his inability to act, unless that's how the entire cast got their jobs.

Don't take my Cameron. He's fit but vaguely attainable. Bastard Phil Redmond. Fucking twat.

is it just me or have mel and sophie switched!?!! How can you tell them apart? I think the twins might well be the most pointless characters in Hollyoaks. In fact, Hollyoaks could do with a good clearing out of some of the dead wood now (bear with me, I'm still bitter about Cameron). They should start with Dannii. And those two annoying guys that were hassling her in today's episode. I can't even remember their names, so they must be bad. It annoys me that they've kept Dannii and got rid of Bella, because clearly they're the same character/actress, but with the one difference that Bella was interesting, and Danni isn't. They can also stand to get rid of Craig, Steph and Jake (but not Frankie, she's ace.) Becca should be written out soon as well. Mandy and Tony, obviously. Nicole annoys me. Maybe Ali as well. Candy needs to be given more screentime. St. Bombhead needs to come back from wherever he's fucked off to since New Years Eve. They should bring Scott back too, at some point, so that Darren gets an interesting storyline once again. And then they should do an episode where Cameron and Justin, shunned by their friends and family, decide to embark on a passionate, secretive affair. I could totally write for Hollyoaks.

"Am poor aaaren't a, soreh Cam'run"
Who's Danni?

Candy needs to be given more screentime. But only if she promises to stop shouting. I like her as a character, but she hurts my ears. I'm totally in favour of Mandy and Tony being given the boot, though. WARNING: SPOILER-Y RANT COMING Mandy and Tony are getting married, because the executive producer of Hollyoaks thinks that they belong together, and that Mandy would be "hilarious" as a mum. Does this strike anyone else as even mildly distasteful considering the domestic violence storyline from last year?

Danni is a student who arrived last year. She is from a mafia-style family and was meant to be loaded to begin with. She got cut off from daddy's money when she tried to avoid a family holiday and assert her independance. Why she left I don't know but she did stay with the blokey fashion guy. She looks remarkably like Bella and is posh as well. Mandy and Max belong together despite being almost related. He is the only one that has been truely affectionate towards her since Olly, Luke and Adam. Tony has been crap to her and been treated horribly by her since they paired off. As for the twins, one is slightly prettier but everything else about them is interchangable. One studys beuaty but what does the other do?

Also, the writers need to give Zara some respect. Zara is amazing. The actress must be so bored with being the loser in every storyline, never being taken seriously by the writers or the characters, and only being allowed to make the Comedy Zara Face (brow furrowed, eyes half-crossed, lip curling in confusion) once an episode. She needs some sympathy.
And what happened to the other bald scouse guy who lived with Ben and Dan when Zara was staying there? He fell asleep in her bed for an episode, and was never seen again.

It's the curse of Tracey Barlow creeping into other soaps. He'll be in some mysterious soap limbo playing his tapes with Dr Legg from Eastenders and Rosemary Daniels.

Now there's a party we all want to be at. Zara was almost interesting the other day, when she was being sympathetic to Cameron about Bella. I think if they can make her a bit more mature and give her something other to do than gurn she might become a worthwhile character. Zara needs some love in her life.

Zara was almost interesting the other day. She was good at being angry at who ever had raped/crippled/dumped one of her family. One time she let rip at Mandy and Mandy gave her a taste of own medicine was class. Her switch from Goth to Chav after splitting with Brian a few years ago was spot on and streets ahead of Corrie.
