Saw Sadie, Lush the Elder, formerly of Family Affairs. She was looking quite regal as she boarded the bus in Finsbury Park. And, yes, I can confirm that the rings and floaty kaftan-ie things she used to wear on the show weren't courtesy of a stylist.

Susannah Constantine of Trinny & Susannah Apparently, they've hired a building down the street from where I work to film their new series. Well, I presume... they've hired the building anyway. I've not seen them though on any of my recon missions wanders past. A

Maybe it's for their new series "Where not to live".

I saw Chris Bisson of Corrie and East Is East and Shameless and other things like that there in Oxford Street on Tuesday. He was talking on his mobile phone and grinning broadly. I was not grinning broadly, because I was too fucking hot.

I'm 85% sure that I saw Phil off Location Location Location driving out of the swanky hotel down the road earlier in a swishish convertable.
The 15% doubt is mainly due to mystery of why he'd be here. I suppose he could be doing something at the NEC or in Coventry/Birmingham. Or perhaps just playing golf. That was what Mike Baldwin was doing there a year or two back. He chatted up my sister when she was working as a waitress in the cocktail bar. I'm guessing he's got cataracts.

I was not grinning broadly, because I was too fucking hot. I saw Chris Bisson three times within three months of moving to Manchester. He followed me to Ikea in Warrington. He followed me to the dinner jacket hire place behind House of Fraser to get a dinner jacket for the Corrie Christmas 'do'. And he followed me to Paperchase, where the woman who sells The Big Issue outside asked me to go in and check that it was really him, which I did by looking, not speaking. He wasn't grinning any of the times I saw him. I expect that was my fault.

I saw Syed from the Apprentice whilst walking between Charing Cross and Victoria at the weekend. He was suited up and talking loudly.
I also saw Alexa from the Apprentice at one of the DLR stations a few weeks back, in very unfashionable clothes.

Are Syed and Alexa even in employment these days?
This is a vintage spot, but a goodie: Monica Lewinsky (getting out of a limo) followed 5 minutes later by Christian Slater (talking on a mobile and carrying some shopping bags). It was during the Edinburgh Festival, which is amazing for star spots. Everyone I was with was kind of gobsmacked at seeing Monica - she is very beautiful in real life. Great hair!

I rather like Monica Lewinsky. I didn't think I would, but I do. She was kind of the catalyst for Rebecca Loos, but at the same time she seems somehow...classier.

Shellsuit Bob and Vadar from River City where in Buchanan Street the other day. laine xx Spotted near the Royal Concert Hall/Buchanan Bus Station: Alanna, Ruth Rossi (AGANE!!!111) and Luca Rossi/the non-Rossi, on the same day as I saw Michelle McManus looking particularly okay. Was there something on on the soon-to-be ex-STV headquarters? *I should have written a celebrity haiku.* Bridgey xxx

(Digging up the corpse of this old thread.)
Finally! A proper star spot for me. Last night Charlie Stubbs off Corrie walked right past me. I was at Crewe station. I had no idea where that is, but a text from a friend confirmed that it is indeed Up North. I stared extra hard to make sure that it was him, so mercifully he was looking the other way at the platform. His face was a bit lumpier than you'd expect, though quite fit all the same. I couldn't really work out how tall he was, because it happened so fast and we were passing on the stairs. He had some sort of bag with him. Perhaps the bag was full of old gym clothes, or future corrie scripts, or even baby Amy.
Hardly Kylie or the Pope in the Marks lingerie section, but still.

I did see Lisa Dingle in Leeds city centre last year, she looked exactly how she does in Emmerdale, me and my friend were dissapointed but thrilled at the same time.

My best celeb spot was Martin Kemp just after he'd left Eastenders. He was with his wife (Shirley from Pepsi and Shirley!). It was at Rome Zoo by the giraffe enclosure which was very random but the randomness was what made it the best spot.
Because I live in Bristol I, like everyone else here, have seen most of the cast of Casualty. When 'Teachers' was being filmed here my sister saw Andrew Lincoln on Union Street. I could have cried with jealousy.

I saw Duncan James driving a black Chelsea tractor last week. I was impressed (well, ish) by Duncan James, so I didn't spit on his stupid vehicle.

On the subject of ex-Blue members in cars
I once saw Lee Ryan in a large blue Mercedes doing a very dodgy u-turn on Pentonville Road.
I also saw Jeremy Sheffield jogging once, and got more than a little moist.
My last spot was Mike Skinner in a Camden record shop - which was less interesting.

I'm just back from London where you can barely swing your manbag without hitting someone off the telly.
I saw the bloke with the dated glasses off 'How To Look Good Naked' in the Apple Store. Boyd Hilton from Heat magazine in the gents on Carnaby Street (I was busting). The boys from 'The History Boys' all at Spamalot - not sure James was enjoying it as he didn't clap much at the end. James Earl Jones and his wife watching Alan Cumming in 'Bent'.
But the best was ice queen Jason Gardiner, who was helping to lift an old man off the street who had fallen over, and who then said to me when I asked if the man was all right, 'Yeah, he's just tanked!'

I saw Chris O'Dowd from The I.T. Crowd on the tube on Saturday night. He looked morose. It probably didn't help that we were being very bitchy about him.
