Good thinking, but's not on there sadly. Please make a puppet for each of the cast and send me a video re-enactment of last week's episode. Afterall I did sincerely offer to do similar with the missing Kylie album. We're getting another 20 episodes of this after this 20 episode series finishes! www.digitalspy.co.uk/programming/a81257/bbc-orders-more-waterloo-who-do.htmlUnless the last series was series three and digital spy are just being late with the news.

The curent series is series 3.
Anyway, no puppets, but here's a recap...
Asperger's girl and Janice are digging for some kind of fossils in the school grounds. Then! SHOCK! They dust up a skeleton! A small skeleton! Grantly Budgen (the best named TV character ever?) sends them all inside, much to AG's disgust.
The skeleton turns out to be a baby skeleton, been placed in the ground in the not-too-distant-past. New Head orders an investigation immediately. Neil Morrissey looks a bit sick.
Various girls get interviewed by Steph and a policewoman. Steph decides anaonymous surly girl we have never seen before must be the mother.
Meanwhile, the bitchy twins get AG to make a petition saying she should be allowed to carry on her dig. She takes it around school and gets laughed at a lot.
Mika looks all stroppy about the baby thing. Anonymous new girl number 2 tries to get info out of her, before suddenly becoming Donte's new girlfriend.
Neil Morrissey and New Head have various convos about baby. Neil Morrissey looks sick throughout.
Mika tells The Riddler she is pregnant. They go to some shopping centre we've never seen before, she goes into the ladies'. Voila! Not pregnant!
Davina nearly loses it with AG. She nearly goes on a date with Tom. She looks at an old school newsletter with Jack in and looks wistful. She reads a few books on asperger's.
The bitch twins get in trouble for bullying AG. The ginger one gets thrown off the school council, Alisha-or-whatever she's called gets thrown out of the musical.
Coke Zero gets a strop on because he has no leading lady and OH NOES he CAN'T ask Mika to come back.
Janice and Maxeeene have a conversation about the baby. Janice goes on abouit irresponsible girls who don't use contraceptives etc. Maxeene says it was her baby. D'oh.
Maxeene tells Steph the story of how she was high on drugz, knew she was pregnant, then a baby pops out, the baby is dead, she buries it. It's all a bit traumatic, actually.
AG gets upset cos she has no friends. Davina says she wants to be her friend, but really, no-one is buying that as an acceptable alternative to having, yuo know, friends your own age.
Donte snogs new anonymous girlf a bit and Chlo gets a strop on.
Neil Morrissey and New Head have a heart to heart. Oh noes! New Head's parents never loved her. Double Oh noes! Neil Morrisseyhad twins but one IS DEAD. Oh, and his wife left him, and he never sees the baby. New Head tells him to call her. And then she calls her behind his back.
Maxeene worries she'll get into trouble, but everyone says she won't. Neil Morrissey goes and tells Seddon about the baby. Seddon and Max have a heart-to-hreart and decide to have another babeee.
Neil Morrissey's estranged wife turns up and dumps the kid on himn (or maybe that was in the trailer for next week).
Phew!

I've just finished tonight's and it was BRILLIANT. I like the way they've done away with the plausabilty, because that can really hold tv shows back. Let's hope the new headmistress keeps making increasingly outrageous demands that everyone has to keep up with each week, so in the series finale the whole school are attempting to scale the Eiffel tower with their teeth or something.
How annoying that it's not back until January 10th. I was hoping for something a bit christmassy next week.

New Head is utterly ridiculous. But she has a CRIMINAL PAST. Accompanied by SINISTER MUSIC. Amazing.
And bless Coke Zero, and his fake moustache.
I cheered when Mika told The Riddler where to go. Damn right. This show is great.

And bless Coke Zero, and his fake moustache. That was only upstaged by Denise Welch's ensemble: I started setting the video for tonight's show but then remembered that it's not on. I felt like a new widow in some sort of American soap who begins making the dinner for her dead husband, before realising and breaking down in grief on the kitchen floor. 'Cept I was more sad.

Waterloo Rd is amazing, I love it. The only thing that bothers me is Mika and Chlo's stupid names and constant dour expressions. Apart from that, it's all good.

Is her name actually Mika, or is it short for Michelle or something? Tom was looking quite fit at one point when his shirt was clinging to his chest. The thing with Davina is a bit predictable, though.

I love Waterloo road; it's like Grange Hill for adults.

Oh what an hilarious episode! It really is the most enjoyable pile of soapy shit. The stuff in the prison was fantastic. I liked the twist. I'm sure it was only added when they realised that the scenes they'd done in the prison were unbelievable even by the usual standards. That was the old Bad Girls set, yes?
I can't wait to see how they'll fill another 29 episodes (at least!) now that they've realised that watching actual teaching is dull television and vowed not to show it. The sky really is the limit, they'll probably have an escaped Lion in the car park next week. Aliens for the season finale?
I wonder why Denise Welch wasn't in it. She can't have anything better to do other than Loose Women. I missed her anyway.

nice to see martin from corrie showing up but if he thinks the classroom assistant with the throaty voice is going for him over the hunky teacher guy he's mad. also nice to see that guy from brookie (mental note: must learn everyone's names). are all the old soap start going to show up? who next? i'd like to see mee-cheele and lofty from eastenders and jimmy corkhill. he was a teacher wasn't he? he could actually show up as jmmy corkhill! that'd be great!

I really like this too. I don't have anything very witty to say, but Coke Zero seems to have a nice bum.

Oh yay! CokeZero's getting married! It is a shame that it is to the most dull actor in the entire world. He really does just read his lines.
I'm a bit behind but this week's was one of the best yet. ALTHOUGH it did need more Aspergers Girl. And when did Denise Welsh last get drunk and have sex and generaly disgrace herself? It needs to happen weekly please.
Brett and Mica are so annoying.

That sort of problem is what video recorders, PVRs and iPlayers are invented for!
Although I think Thursday 8pm scheduling is ridiculous - why are there so many good things all on at once across so many channels?

I am thinking about buying a pvr- they can be got online for £50 so I might do. Problem is, I want to watch less TV, not more and this would be too much temptation for me.

At last, I'm finally up-to-date with a programme (now I just have to catch up on Torchwood, CSI, Mistresses, Shameless, Moving Wallpaper/Echo Beach and I'll be fine)!
Neil Morrissey is getting a bit annoying now. He always seems to be in a mood about something. Serves him right about his bloody car, but now he's going to try and get one over Ms Mason.
I didn't quite follow the end of the episode - is Koreshi leaving or not? She handed in her resignation, but then seemed all happy to be back in the classroom.
And aww for Coke Zero, his unaccepting mum, his lovely-but-dull boyfriend and his gay flat. And for nearly pwning Zaraah Abrahams, star of Dancing On Ice.
The pervy supply teacher is called Wilson Bingham! Next to Grantly Budgen, do we think the writers are fans of Dickens?

I can't believe no-one's commented on the finale.
Prostitution relevations! Sexual tension! Sackings (well, sort of)! Expulsions! Exam board crisis! Spelling bee! A crappy posh school rivalry thing! Fires! Possible deaths!
If Davina dies (which I presume is unlikely, as if Christine Tremarco was leaving, wouldn't they have sent her off with Rimmer last week?) then Tom is officially no longer allowed any wives and girlfriends. For one to die is misfortune. For three of them to die looks rather rum indeed.
