I just don't get it. Nadia says that she would rather tell Marco and Michelle about her past than have it revealed to them. Erm, what am I missing here? The whole world of viewing public are well aware of her "past", and so will every housemate be when they eventually leave. So why has she not told them? And if she wanted to keep her secret why the fuck would she go on national tv? Surely now she will forever be the woman who was a bloke whereas out of the public eye she had every chance of being accepted as a woman.

It does seem a shame that the majority of the UK now knows that she used to be a man, especially as the housemates lack of realisation to this fact proves how far she has come. It does act as an interesting "study" though and makes damn good television!

Well we might know about her past, but she has no relationship with us and so she doesn't care what we know about her. She doesn't know how the people in the house might react, and she doesn't know how much longer she is going to be living with them - In such a position I would feel vunerable. She has obviously made a bond with both Marco and Michelle, and would rather tell them about her past than have them find out after they leave the house through the tabloids etc. Emma just shrugged off the knowledge like 'really? I'd never of guessed', but she's a simple soul - Marco and Michelle might feel betrayed or that Nadia didn't value the friendship if she couldn't share things with them fully. It's often a lot easier to tell your problems to people you don't know (like on message boards), than to face the people you really ought to talk to.

Definitely, I do believe it would be possible to become good friends in the Big Brother house because the experience is so intense. If you get on with someone they're going to have to be your type of person otherwise they'd drive you up the wall. I suspect Marco will understand perfectly, if he doesn't already know. Michelle will be more shocked as she clearly has no idea and overreacts to everything, bless her, but she'll be OK with it.
If one of them goes on Fri I'm willing to bet this will be revealed to the housemate with marching orders.
Nadia has actually done a lot for transexual people, especially for me. I genuinely don't think of Nadia as anything other than a woman and I didn't think I would feel like that. Unlike Miriam Nadia appears to be all woman, more natural in manner and personality. I think it is because she seems so nice and bubbly. If any of that makes sense.

Well we might know about her past, but she has no relationship with us and so she doesn't care what we know about her. Yes but my point is that now potentially every new person she meets in this country will be aware that she was a he. As someone who doesn't want to talk about it and who just wants to get on with being a woman it seems an extraordinarily short sighted action.

We don't really know her agenda regarding her 'being a woman' though. From what I can make out she just wants to find someone who will accept her for who she is and the sex change was a part of who she is. This seems like a perfect launch pad for meeting people that don't care about that.
Nadia seems to know what she is looking for even if we don't yet, so I shouldn't worry about it too much.

As someone who doesn't want to talk about it and who just wants to get on with being a woman it seems an extraordinarily short sighted action. I'm not Nadia, but as an analogy I'm gay, and I don't mind who knows that I'm gay, I don't thimk I'm in anyway closeted. But I never walk into a room and anounce my sexuality. Some people work it out, some people I tell and others will never know or understand. An anecdote: I was on holiday at a rather posh hotel in Maderia a couple of years ago with my boyfriend, the hotel was full of old people - we were having dinner when this old man comes up to our table and says 'Are you two brothers? my wife thinks you are twins!' It wasn't really the place for outing oneself so I said 'No, we're partners' to which he replied 'Oh, what bussiness are you in?'. I was then rather embarrassed, and my boyfriend took over the conversation, we even ended up having a drink in the bar with these people, the wife thought it wonderful that 'Two batchelors could enjoy a holiday together' and she was sorry that there weren't any young ladies staying at the hotel. I think I've lost the point now, sorry for the ramble.

Meet Kelly, Holland's lovely in-house manwoman of two seasons ago. First she slept/fondled with a guy, then she told him. She did Playboy after she left the house. Full tit 'n' minge, I think the expression is. Her front bottom looked weird, I thought. That is all.

Meet Kelly, Holland's lovely in-house manwoman of two seasons ago. Well Nadia has bigger breast implants but Kelly has the smaller jaw.
