This vote gives me absolutely no pleasure. Sam, I feel bad for and Nikki put me off her last night with her insensitive manbeast comments. Yet she is hilarious.

EDIT: I'd spend all my money just to evict Grace. Fucking bitch. I just love Aisleyne, she makes Grace green with envy! And Richard seems to be the only one with his eyes open to what's really going on.

Were I to vote (and I won't waste money doing so) it'd be Sam cos she is too intense and I hate her blusher, voice and nails. Plus Nikki is a silly vacuous girl, but I do find her amusing.

I believe Sam, thinking to herself, having intimate 1-2-1's with people, finally connecting backfired badly. They really did exploit her over this and go to town with what might have been intended to be innocent confiding.
She wasn't given a chance, and I think it boils down to the almost insane insistence on calling her a she. I think it got on their nerves straight away. Basically, I know it has to be accepted those who have sex changes want to say they were born the wrong sex - and I'll go with that - but all Sam has at her disposal is long hair and fake nails, on top of some hideous cliches.
She really can't inject any life into the persona she wants to potray. When gushing unconvincingly to Richard: 'you're so fabulous' I think even he winced a bit, as that's his usual shtick. The constant 'oh my God' and abrupt rhetorical statements are just too teenage angst to be properly accepted.
To me, I file Sam as being like 1 of those local goths in a trenchcoat - I just see ridiculous teen angst vanity. The voice broke when arguing with whomever: hair, glasses, nails and fags do not create an awe-inspiring personality. When one goes into BB they have to become a Dame and develop a following. If Sam is just too nice a person, then why go on?

Nikki makes better television.
I find Sam tedious, we've not seen anything but petty arguments with her always trying to be nice. Why dosen't she put those nails to work and slash Lisa's face open or something equally dramatic.

At the moment I'd like Nikki to go : my view of her changes every five minutes but at the moment she is seriously pissing me off. The diary room rant tonight had me chewing the carpet.
Actually, aside from the obvious plastics, the person I really hate is Mikey. He is so vacuous, and he's like a dog on heat. I just wish he'd fuck off. Grrr.
Oh dammit - Nikki is now doing her PA task and making me giggle.

Sam is clearly out of her depth. Nothing she says connects with anthing anybody else is saying. It's like she just talks to prove she's still there. I do feel sorry for her, but she should leave. It will be a mercy eviction.
I'm enjoying Nikki in the same way I enjoy prodding the cut in my mouth with my tongue.
Grace has to stay for a little bit longer. There, I said it. Is her gameplan to be completely screwed-up paranoid, and to spread that paranoia around the house? She's not bright or distanced enough to stay on top of all the "he said, so she said" nonsense. Mark my words, the girl will crack under the pressure of being the world's biggest shit stirrer and I want to see it happen.

I love how whenever she is slagging off Ashleyne for walking around with her butt hanging out, the camera cuts to Grace in hotpants or Grace in a bikini.
Another few weeks in there and she will be a gibbering wreck (and it couldn't happen to a nicer person).

Without Grace's machinations, I think we would lose quite a bit of excitement and it will be good to see her come crashing down at some point - hopefully when she's shown the footage of her enormous multiplicity in her eviction interview, whilst a booing crowd looks on. Lisa on the other hand offers nothing to the viewer. She has no discernible personality, no engaging traits and no way of expressing herself beyond "And I fuckiiiiin..." She just runs around braying and gibbering with a face like a slapped arse. And as for clapping her feet together and believing that she can fart and somehow carry it off better than other girls, well bring me the chainsaw, I'm going in! |
