Scooch have split? How do you know? I'm shocked that I'm fining myself quite upset Well I just assumed that their reformation for Eurovision was a temporary thing and that they've gone back to their indivudual status.

Just had a thought - do I now get Liam in the sweepstake, given that he's the first native North-Easterner?
(Wasn't actually aware I had Sam til I just looked at the first page of this thread, like, a second ago...)

Is Sam not from Newcastle? If not then feel free to have Liam.
So Nicolas, Lisa and Jode need to pick their men, and Geo can transfer his alleigance to Any Other as was originally agreed when the all women house was announced.

Oh! I didn't realise the twins lived in Newcastle. I'd be happy to stick with Sam, but now that an actual native Geordie/Mackem is in the house, I'd like to switch allegiance to Liam, if I may.

The Twins are from Newcastle-under-Lyme, in Stoke-on-Trent, which is a different place altogether from Newcastle-upon-Tyne

I want Liam toooo is it too late to ask? Liam's taken - you can have Billi? BUGGER! I've been away - what am I left with? This is like sweepstake Darwinism! I guess I'll have Brian please, even though I don't believe he's only 19. *Disclaimer: The above choice has been made without the benefit of seeing any Big Brother whatsover since Wednesday or Thursday so I really haven't the faintest idea what any of the new house mates are like and they might well all turn out to be twats.

I came on this too late to have a sweepstake person. Gutted!
Although isn't a sweepstake difficult to upkeep considering they keep shoving in new contestants? Doesn't seem like it helps matters!

And to think I wasn't that happy with Charley originally because though she was the sluttiest on the first night (though I think Chanelle is going to be overtaking her soon) I didn't think she'd be irritating enough.

If I'm in time, I'll take Billi, just to feel part of the whole sweepy experience even though I feel no connection or like of Billi whatsoever. If not, no bother, I will be online, in this thread, the moment there is a whiff on any other possible new housemates. Which I guess there wont be now but whatever!

Brian Nicholas & Lisa Hurrah - I'm glad I'm not alone. I've just watched a few minutes and think Brian might be quite a nice bloke. Hurrah again. Still don't believe he's 19 though. PS - Liam : woof! PPS - Paul - am I missing something or have you excluded yourself from the sweepstake? I don't think that should be allowed!

I am playing the hand that fate has dealt me and put a bet on Seany to win. Oh well, another tenner down the drain.

It's so hard to know, there's so many sub-categories round that way. A mate of mine is from South Shields, where apparently they're called Sand-Dancers. Ah well, it was a general North-East type I wanted, so Liam will do. Plus, he looks like my friend Frank, so I sort of feel as though I know him a bit.

It feels a relief to be out of the sweepstake early, especially when you've no chance of winning. Staying in just prolongs the agony. It did make me laugh that the people who had nominated Seany were the ones to rally round him and be all tearful. It had a feel of ancient Rome to it! As a farewell to my sweepy I'll paraphrase his doppleganger, Doris from Fame. 'Other boys may turn him on But he let temptation slide, Used to be so plain to see The hunger in his eyes...' Maybe he'll release it as a single.

I have been so traumatised at seeing Carole's muff revealing scissor exercises during the aerobics task, I haven't been able to post in the BB thread for some days now. It was so graphic at one point I expected Sir David Attenborough to take over the commentary.

It was truly frightening, wasn't it? But given that she's got pubes on her head, I thought maybe there'd been some kind of follicle transposition, and was sort of expecting her minge to be like a Timotei advert.
It most certainly wasn't.
