I love them - I'd watch half and hour of Norris and Blanche five times a week quite happily.

The second quote on that page (the conversastion between Kevin and Sally) is made up - SURELY? Nope that was a classic storyline. Sally got headhunted!

A Blanche solo, but worth reprinting: "Good looks are a curse, Deirdre. You and Kenneth should count yourselves lucky."

Blanche: "You're going to have to start taking pleasure in the misfortune of others, Kenneth, or you're going to have a long and unhappy old age".

"Still, you're getting on now: if you're miserable, you won't have that long to endure it."
To Fred on his big day with Bev.

I mentioned this on the pop-culture references thread, but it bears repeating.
Blanche, after news of Kay-Eh's death was sent to someone in the Rovers via text message: "Tracy, when my time comes, please don't choose to announce my demise with a bleep-bleep. Do me the courtesy of a proper phonecall."

Loved yesterday's episode with Blanche and Emily at the Barlow's
Emily: "I wish I was 3 again" Blanche: "Oh yes - Rickets, TB, rationing, those were the days!"

I'm paraphrasing, but this was awesome:
Deirdre: Did you say yes to more tea? Tracy: Sorry, what? Blanche: She said, "did you say yes to more Steve?" Oops, my mistake.

My favourite ever Blanche quote was a few years back when Tracy was still pretending that Roy was Amy's father and was stressing that he and Hayley were going to fight for custody.
It went something along the lines of:
Tracy: Gran, if it goes to court I'm worried that the judge will give the Croppers custody of Amy.
Blanche: What? He's a loony and she's a man. What judge in his right mind would give a baby to them couple of freaks.
BLANCHE RULES!

I've got a clip of that from TV Burp. Along with another clip of Harry Hill doing a Kilroy intro dressed as Blanche saying that exact phrase.
I need to learn how to capture video clips to put on YouTube. I have loads of TV Burp stuff that should be seen by everyone!
