Are they counted as one housemate?

Not now they're coming into their own as Amanda the cute and try-hard one, and Sam the one who doesn't do much (see also: Laura, Liam, Jonathan)

But that's why it would be funny.

I asked because I was watching BBLB or Big Mouth or something and one of the guests said "In the final I think it will be Ziggy, Johnathon and the twins, and the twins will win", so I thought they might be one housemate.

Well they went in together and it would be so much easier to get rid of them as a duo. I can't stand their little showcase and the fact that no one has really challenged it besides Jonathan.

Apparently, according to their mother, they hated each other from the ages of about 10 to 15, then when they hit 16 they decided to go back in time to age 10 and become girly inseperable twins again! Which is odd. I like them and think they're funny and STILL dont know which is which. Therefore they should go together.

How can you not tell them apart?
For one thing, Amanda has been in a hot dog outfit all week.

Amanda is now the bookies favourite to win. Sam isn't.

I think that's fair enough-Amanda does things, Sam doesn't. And Sam has a face that is a teeny, tiny, bit slabby.

Because she's single Amanda is the one the boys talk to.
Sam isn't.

Them choosing to form a united front of thick-twinness is a shrewd move (although they didn't even think about that), as they get all the votes for two people combined. Well, not really two people, in the way that two pianos aren't twice as loud as one, but it means that they won't suffer from the inevitable split vote. If they had been two housemates at the final, the public would choose one or the other to vote for.

Well they needed to add some element of not knowing who's going to win in the final and coincidentally BBBM is suddenly all anti-Brian.

Although, to be fair, Brian does deserve it. I am more and more convinced that he is 'playing a game' and is basically a fraud.

I never thought this would happen, but the Twins are my favourites somehow. I'm not really watching it but I still think it would be possible to get along with them. They'll never go this week as a team, it's like that has just suddenly became clear which I think is a tad devious as if I have any right to be shocked.

Strangely, Brian's ignorance (or 'ignorance', since I tend to agree he's faking it, at least to an extent) is the reason I don't want him to win - I don't think we should reward such gleeful stupidity - but in the twins and Chanelle I find it quite sweet. I suppose with them it comes across more as sweet naivety than wilful thickness, plus you get the feeling they really are just being themselves.

The Twins are probably my favourites now as well. I've kind of been indifferent to all of the contestants this year, but I do like the twins. They are funny and both of them seem to be really nice girls.

Why when the twins were not classed as one housemate was there no attempt to individualise them but as soon as Big Brother links them together the highlight and accompanying shows start presenting the differences between the two?

I was Amanda over Sam for ages, but I think I might switch allegiance. Sam seems really quite insecure about being the less pretty, less active, less interesting one and I kind of feel sorry for her. Plus she has an excellent strop face.
