Lollerskates! Now they're trying to claim they wanted this year to be boring in the wake of Poppadom-gate. Except they still had to evict someone for racist language. And they don't seem to realise that it can be interesting without being based on screaming rows and simmering race hate. (For example - Emma and Michelle in the bedsit turning off the hot water.) Well done, kids. I did laugh when I read this in the paper. Absolutely ridiculous.

I think it all started going a bit wrong after Series 1. I genuinely loved that series, as the formula didn't seem to be "let's find the most interesting, attractive & smart people we can and then find their absolute opposites and pop them on the telly." I've only really watched it out of morbid fascination/drunken boredom since then.
they don't make them like this anymore.

I was enjoying this year hugely until Brian was somewhat horrifyingly announced as the winner. Any contestant whose victory I react to by spitting at the television and running from the house in tears knocks a series down a few tiers.
Where the Hell are the Annas, Elizabeths, Aisleynes and Victors these days? (Although Ziggy is probably my favourite ever housemate.)

You are interrogating the text from the wrong perspective! I think the bedsit was my favourite BB moment since the second series. I wanted Michelle and Emma to do commentary for every show I watched.

This year. I know BB4 was bad but at least I kept watching it. I just couldn't be arsed forcing myself this year. I got sick of it quickly.
How high-larious. Can we have a break next year please? Or just get rid of it before the shitness ruins all of our good memories.
