There is something mesmorising about it all.

Not even so bad it's good. Just awful. I need a drink.
(Not that I'm at all bitter about having to work to save money to pay for a session in a recording studio or anything, FYI)

you should plump for a home recording setup, will probably work out around the same price (or cheaper if you can get one from ebay), and you won't have an engineer breathing down your neck. what kind of music do you play?
back on topic, this song is shitter than shit itself.

I like how you know it's going to be horrific from the opening chord, rather than from the moment she goes "Sh-" (which is just the confirmation).
Perhaps she can get a job at that bar.

It's rare to see comments on Youtube that make any real sense, but "she looks like Nosferatu" is spot on.
And she sings like a dog with a sore cock.

Was this from some sort of buy-one-get-one-free offer because the public really really wanted a Samanda version of 'Barbie Girl'? That video only seems to exist for the purposes of pathetic list segments on Freeview music channels, and even then I never want to see it again. Fucking depressing.

It actually makes me feel sorry for Lulu.

Was this filmed in a Travelodge?
The extras can't even be bothered to pretend they're having a good time.
Obviously, I love it.

I actually love it. Especially that really annoying sound that goes on all the way through the song (I'm not talking about Shabnam's voice).
The "heyyeheheh" bit in the middle is just awful! Also, that rubbish video effect looks like something from Alex Mac.

Okay, I didn't watch BB this year, so I have to ask: the fact that she makes "shout now" sound like "Shabnam" is some kind of hilarious in-joke that was featured on the show, yes? Because that's the only explanation I can come up with for the existence of this.

Whoever came up with this is a genius. That song will not leave my head now. There will be a whole generation who will never know that Lulu sang this, because Shabnam has taken her Shout crown. Or something similar.

If you hear "Shabnam" it means the left-side of your brain is working harder, and if you hear "Shout now" it means the right-side of your brain is working harder. It's the aural version of the spinning woman.

Oh. Christ. I do love how the wardrobe department have just gone into TK Maxx and grabbed £30 worth of stuff and thrown it at her.

Jesus wept. I do a Film and TV production course at college, not even a degree, but i'd like to thik i could do a better job than that. It made my eyes bleed. I don't know if its just because its on youtube but it doesn't even look like they've set up the camera properly. From this i can only assume Shabnams mother made the video for her.

That's the first time I've ever clicked on a YouTube link and the volume's been defaulted to zero. Whoever's responsible for that is a true humanitarian.
