Shepherds Bush is currently blanding out to the sound of Honeyz singing Never Let You Down, courtesy of my window. Did anyone else hear their great (ie rubbish) "lost" single, Talk To The Hand? I used to love how that Heavenlii one would pop in and out on a whim. Mind you, replacements with big noses never last long in all-girl trios - just ask Jacqui O'Sullivan.

Talk To The Hand is the best Honeyz track, purely because of the bacofoil video.
Heavenly made that act. I'll never forget the first time I saw that alien like head atop a child like body on TOTP. Horrific.

Horrific. Aren't you thinking of 'Won't Take It Lying Down' (I'm not proud of knowing that). And yes Heavenli was very alien-like. It makes you wonder how these people get on TV.

There was a video made for Talk To The Hand butn I think it was only briefly shown on MTV Hits. Shame it never got released, top tune.
Heavanli was a weird ne. She quit the group as she wanted to spend more time with her squeeze at the time Matthew Marsden, but when they split up, she mysteriously joined the band again. Apparently Mariama (the big nosed one from Solid HarmoniE left then they asked Heavanli to rejoin them. What was itwith that girl and leaving bands? She left Solid HarmoniE twice, then the Honeyz. What else was she gonna bloody well do?

Written by Peter Cunnah, no less.
The Almighty remix was at breakneck nosebleed speed and quite possibly the best they've ever done, especially the "Hone-hone-hone-hon-EYZ!" bit.
Ooooh, I'm going to have to dig out the vinyl now!
