I imagine watching it will make anyone feel slimmer.
Bring back Bev Callard!

The only PopIdol I want doing squat thrusts on my dvd-player(/me) is Will Young. She never went away! There'll probably be another dvd from her out at Christmas. If not, you can always go to her weekly aerobics class. Ooh, did somebody say... Lowculture outting?

This is fantastic! It made my day. Why on earth would a McManus fitness video (!!) upset anyone? Were you given it as a consolation prize at work for missing out on the office trip to the South Pacific?

I just loved the quote from her in the papers yesterday, something to the effect of "I may not be around next year, so I have to take these opportunities while they're on offer."
Surely if she's lost nine stone as was reported, she'll be at a greatly-reduced risk of heart disease and is therefore more likely to still be here next year?
Of course, it'll never be as good as Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease, which has made all other fitness videos redundant forever.

I'm assuming she meant in the public eye.

I have Michelle outside my window at this moment!
She is doing the Sport Aid fun-run-a-mile thing. Not sure if she took part or if she's just saying 'HELLO GLASGOW!' They've squeezed her on between an aerobics team called 'The Rock-ettes' who perform to Queen songs, and 'The Red Hot Chillie Pipers!' As you can tell, it's class. I'll donate just to have them stop!

~I am heart broken~ In my avoidance of the McManus on Saturday I went out to a much quieter spot to sunbathe. It was only when I got home I discovered my heroine Kaye Adams had also been at the Sport Relief thing and I could have been within touching distance of her vest.

If I was a morbidly obese woman I'd rather buy Michelle's video than Geri or Davina's.
She's lost A LOT of weight and is a much healthier now than she was. Surely that's to be commended?
