Anybody seen this? it's a low budget film from a few years ago, with Lee Williams and James Layton as gay wolves. It's great, gothic, funny, moving, occasionally cheesy, and Lee is quite, quite beautiful.

I went to the world premiere of this, along with about 30 other people. The director's mother looked so proud when people laughed at one of the jokes.
It wasn't a bad film, but some of the acting is just a little off. And the singing.

I thought it was badly acted, and unintentionally hilarious (their little tails bobbing behind them!) but I also though it was one of the greatest movies ever made, for the sole reason that Lee Williams and the other guy in it are just incredibly beautiful in it, especially when they're kissing in the boat. I just wish there'd been some actual bumming.

To be honest, you are right, while being all the things I mentioned above, at times the acting is bad. It was both leads first time acting, the director and writer's first film, and they had no budget for second takes. If I'm frank it is the beautiful men kissing thing which draws me to it, amazing how that can colour your perception of a whole film. The ending really made me smile, wolf heaven looks fun.
