I'm sad Jose has gone - mainly because I liked his constant state of grump and dapper dress sense.
However I am a bit pleased because I agree that things can only get worse for Chelsea now and so, given that Man U had a bad start and Liverpool only care about the Champions League, surely the Premiership must be Arsenal's. I don't support any team but if I had to pick one it would defo be Arsenal. I like their style and I do quite love Arsene Wenger. Not in a sex way of course - I would just like him to be my exotic Continental uncle or something.

‘He made me feel dirty’ I’m not surprised - you were on your hands and knees in a toilet cubicle, love. Classy. Alan Carr's weekly column in The Game can be found !!!here!!!

Alan Carr's weekly column in The Game can be found !!!here!!!Oh that's completely fantastic, I had no idea such a thing existed! "Footballers writing their life stories – Wow! Goal. Fanny. Goal. Fanny. Bought a Porsche. More Fanny. I bet J. K Rowling’s shitting herself. I only read Cristiano Ronaldo's book because of the photos of him in those skimpy shorts, I would have got to the end if the woman in Waterstones hadn't told me to put my cock away."Thing is, the world of foot and ball is potentially very funny, but the people who write/talk about it normally are very po-faced, although I do think Alan "tall, dark and" Hansen is great. There's some rubbish Scottish football show hosted by Stuart Cosgrove that tries to be funny (i.e. it's mostly completely unfunny) but they did give a "most rubbish example of football merchandise" award to a product which was designed by my brother-in-law (it was a Hibernian FC oven mitt). Oh yeah and all the retrospective clips of Jose just made me realise how ridiculously handsome he really was.

Well the rugby was rather exciting, wasn't it? When Jonny finally scored the drop goal I clapped like big queer gay that I am. I don't usually like pretty boys but Toby Flood is incredibly hot but I'd rather just pat him on the back and say well done rather than have full gay sex with him.
The English football was dull beyond belief but Scotland did marvellously well and I do hope they qualify, preferably alongside France with Italy losing out on automatic qualification. And is James McFadden hot in a Joe McFadden kind of way, or is he a less ugly version of Wayne Rooney? I can't make up my mind.

I don't mind admitting I got myself under the covers to watch some of this during the last few days - the fact I was recording it was pure coincidence.

I'm going to dress up as Sebastian Chebal for Halloween.
The man looks like he kills bears with his bare hands.

Go England! I felt strangely patriotic and excitable during the last 20 minutes of the rugby last night. It must be a special rugby thing, because whenever I see any England footballl matches I'm always hoping they lose because when they do well you never hear the end of it.
Next week I am going to watch 'THE MATCH' in a pub with a 'PINT' and 'THE LADS'. I will phone my dad and tell him this, he will be proud.

I'm completely rubbish. I didn't even know there had been a rugby match until this afternoon, when my still-drunk-from-the-game mate called me and shouted it at me down the phone.
Is this game important then or something?

I'm going to dress up as Sebastian Chebal for Halloween. The man looks like he kills bears with his bare hands. That is amazing! I was considering trying to persuade my boyfriend to do that but I didn't know where we could get a French rugby shirt (for free). I got horrifyingly drunk during and after the victory on Saturday. I really can't remember much after ringing my sister to scream about winning. I'm going to aim to be sober during the game this week and will only get battered if we beat the Saffers - if I'm already drunk and we lose I'm liable to shame myself by openly crying in the pub.

I'm disappointed but still proud of England. I'm so pleased for Matthew Tait and hopefully this will give him the confidence and experience to carry on at this level. I'm feeling positive. Honest.

'We wuz robbed'. By a better team.
Paul are you an actual proper welsh person? Because it is nice that you support England if so. Too many of the welsh we were with last night were supporting the Saffers out of spite.
EDIT- 'Saffers' isn't a racist term is it? I don't wish t be accidentally racist.

I don't feel like a proper Welsh person. I was born in Luton, officially voted 2004's shittest town in the UK, and both my parents are London born and bred like innit. I've lived here since I was 2 but have always supported England in sporting matters, and even more so because of the Welsh contingent who elicit more joy from England losing than they do from Wales winning.

Was gutted on Saturday night but in the cold light of Sunday morning I think the better team did win. Bit of a shame that no one scored a try but there was a lot of good play and I thought it was a pretty exciting game.
The awarding of the trophy was completely ruined for me by the presence of Gordon Brown (who is not only not English but was clearly so far from giving a shit throughout the match) and corrupt AIDS-denier Thabo Mbeki.

Poor Lewis Hamilton. He's so fed up of a lack of privacy in Britain he's moving to Switzerland, which is possibly more tear inducing due to them having just re-elected a right wing government with a strong anti-immigration theme whose campaign included one poster of 3 white sheep kicking a black sheep out of the country.
He's been on the news, doing his interview in his driving suit, which carries at least 10 adverts for major companies, and my heart bleeds for him. Even though he talked about spending his life living out of a suitcase in hotels around the world, I hope he can afford a nice house in Switzerland and that the tax system there doesn't penalise him too heavily, what with him being a poor racing driver.
But on the plus side, he's not likely to bump into Danielle Lloyd there.

Ah yes, wonderful, neutral, peace-loving Switzerland. The tagline reads 'for more security', or something equally biting of sound.

Scotland vs. Italy - there was NO justification for that ref giving Italy the free kick that allowed them to win right at the end there - there was literally no reason for it!
We was robbed, etc etc..
Played quite well though. Totally battered them the second half until the last few minutes.
Golly, look at me.

The World Cup qualifying draw has been made.
England have drawn top seeds...........Croatia!
And Scotland have drawn top seeds.............Holland!
Wales have drawn Germany, but we don't really care about them.

Even though there won't be any British teams involved, Euro 2008 is still going to be shown on the BBC and ITV so it won't quite be football free next summer.

The World Cup qualifying draw has been made. England have drawn top seeds...........Croatia! I actually watched some of the draw on Sunday. When England were drawn with Croatia most of the auditorium laughed. Christian Karembeu (who made the draw) was pissing himself. As my boyfriend pointed out, "Everyone else loves it when we're shit".
