It was always my favourite of the 'cool' magazines. The Face, in its final year, was going badly downhill. They had Danni and Justin in the same damned issue and I knew then I had to give it up.
But Sleaze had Gareth Gates as Hitler and Cher Guevera with "Do You Believe In Revolution" which were both stylistic genius.
Pity it was scrapped. All there is now is Dazed, which sucks.

The Face was going well back up in my estemation in its final year - combining pop and popular quite well
i-D is a bit pricey for what it is (a picture book of the cool kids in London, New York, etc) and dazed is too dull to be worth it's cover price even if it does have some good features and artwork
I'm a bit lost without The Face but I spent too much o reading magazines to be too sad - started with Adbusters, shall burn my Gap jumper one of these days
