I'm a stubbon mare and I hate listening to/reading things that people tell me to but everyone one I know has been raving about her.
I've only read her newest one, Where Rainbows End or something and I begrudgingly have to admit its pretty darn good.
I recommend it. Any other thoughts people?

'Where Rainbows End' was delivered to our office in some kind of book club deal today, and I spent the afternoon pretending I was working but secretly reading small passages of it. I was shocked and ashamed at myself for enjoying such obvious fluff. The bit where the kids are passing notes about their teacher's nose ("I think she is the ugliest alien I have ever seen") was very amusing. My predictions for the next 400 pages are:
- don't ever quite get together - get married to the WRONG PEOPLE - nearly get together on the eve of one of them's wedding - eventually get together when they're ancient (presumably set in the future, since they are on MSN Messenger during their teenage years)

Very good!
You deserve some kind of prize for those Mystic Meg standard predictions.
That's also a very good point about the messenger thing.
The book doesn't actually state what era any of it is set in which now I think about it is really starting to annoy me.

I've just finished PS I love You. I have to say it was pretty predictable.

I didn't read PS i love you because everyone else was reading it, then i did really like it although all the Irish references got a bit annoying, and i hated her friends.
Reading the newish one - with an invisible friend and olives
