I bought it yesterday and from what I've played so far, it's fucking great. The city is HUGE this time. What I don't like is how it's all hip-hop based and I hate hip-hop. Anyone else got it?

When's this coming out on PC? It's not yet, is it?
I'm still trying to work out how to steal a sodding helicopter in GTA Vice City (PC). I think you're supposed to get on the roof of the police station somehow, but it seems impossible.
I'd love anyone forever who could tell me how to get one of those helicopters. In a purely platonic way.

If you progress far enough, they appear in random places. 1. In a garden somewhere (near the beach I think) 2. On the roof somewhere 3. On the island on the left, there is one on the roof of the apartment you can buy. It's near the very topof the island near the stadium. 4. Once you finnish the final mission, you can get a helicopter, fly into the millitary compound, and steal the army copter which fires missiles. The problem is the soldiers usually kill you.

Ah, it's ok, some cheating madeit easy. I used the 'seaways' cheat to drive my car across to downtown then pinched it off the roof of the police station.
I hate that army compound, it's impossible to do anything in there without the tank. Even then you have to run the soldiers over again and again and again and they keep coming back.

I can't really, I've got a boyfriend! Don't tell your homies in the hood. They don't react well to that sort of thing.
