Here's a clip I was delighted to come across, an interview from 1970 (aged 52). She still seems sharp of mind (she succumbed to Alzheimer's), jawline remaining robustly intact and her manner is pretty much delightful in a way that rekindles her soaring 'Love Goddess' era without making the actress look sad or entirely past it.
However, the major coup here is in fact her thoughts on the film The Lady From Shanghai (released 1948). Would anyone who speaks French care to translate the questions she is being asked?
'You Excite Me' from Tonight & Every Night (1945):
1:26 ignites the fierce passion and fiery abandon, the sheer electric magnetism that would have Arlene Phillips overdosing on an orgasm of a lifetime.
Madonna's Vogue featuring a narrow selection of mostly decent stills and movie clips, otherwise used fairly well:
The "black or white" placement is a particularly ironic touch: "there's a few shades I haven't seen her in" from Affair InTrinidad (1952) pops into mind as being similar.
Hayworth's garishly red hair and glistening eyes may look better elsewhere, but these clips are a good start.
