That was actually seriously disturbing to watch, scary almost.
A part of me thinks it might be a hoax though, like that awesome bride spack-out clip from a couple of years back. The way the girl gets up at the end and it turns out to be her mum? Twists like that just don't happen in real life.
Still, fair play to Bus Driver Lady, if it was real. I'd have walloped the little bitch as well.
