Oh Rory...although the gorgonzola burger makes up sixty percent of your RDA of sat fat, people who have eaten it will testify that it is an immense gastronomic experience.
Bit of sweetcorn relish and some caramelised red onion chutney; yum!

Personally I found the Gorgonzola burger an immense disappointment. I was expecting an intense marriage of beef and thick sticky gorgonzola cheese. Instead as soon as I pricked it a thin stream of ick spooged out, much like pus out of a particularly rancid spot, and I was left with hollow burger and a tiny amount of cheese.
Their jalapeno burgers on the other hand, are God's work.

I was served the gorgonzola burger while at the in-laws' a few months ago, and had to do my best not to heave. I'm not a big fan of cheese anyway, but it was so grey and greasy and spewing out, it certainly didn't help matters. It looked like oily cement and tasted like the devil's ballbag. Never in my life have I used so much ketchup on one meal.

The one thing that jumps out at me from this cheese in a burger concept is that you'll get less meat, when you could have just whacked the cheese on top instead.

Foods should not ooze other foods.
Imagine if it was the other way round - 'a sumptuous wedge of gorgonzola, stuffed with the finest British beef, meltingly tender and wholly extravagant'.

Doctors round the country must be terrified at that burger.
