Do we see this coming back next year? Apparently this year's final had the lowest ratings yet. I know it's all for charity, but it gets more tiresome every year.
Steve Jones' looks and Alex Jones screaming at loud noises will only get you so far. Especially when the public prefer to vote for a man who can tap dance doing...a bog-standard tap routine over far more entertaining performances. I loved Katherine Ryan, but wouldn't have minded Jodie or Tim winning. It was nice seeing Scherzinger behind the bar last week, though.

I don't see this being around much longer. The calibre of celebrity has gone seriously downhill since the first few series, and there's a finite number of iconic (or at least well-known) dance routines that they can tackle.
Wasn't this originally brought in as a replacement for Comic Relief Does Fame Academy? Maybe the next step will be Comic Relief Does The Voice...

I bet that Antony Cotton has got his eye on taking over from John Partridge in A Chorus Line after Saturday. He'll be lucky to get Strictly, but would probably slum it on Dancing On Ice. His battle with his weight (was he wearing a girdle?) would be perfect for Strictly, but Jodie's got her eye on that gig.
Katherine Ryan was great, but I still have no idea who she is.
I'm not Steve Jones' biggest fan (but would readily suck his cock by the bins at the back of the job centre) but it's a shame his X Factor USA gig was so stiff. I'd gladly have him replace Dermot here.

I love La Prenj, but yeah, this has certainly had its day.
