Sally: "I'm gonna miss you the most Mr. Stewart" Alf: "Do me a favour, just this once, call me Alf!" Sally: "You'll always be Mr. Stewart to me, Alf!"
CLASSIC.

There is a small chance I many have let one tiny tear slip during yesterdays episode. But no montage? Whats that all about? I at least thought she would warrant special end credits but no. That was a surprise and a disappointment.
PS Am I the only one that thinks the man doing the Ragu ads for H&A is attempting to sound like Alan Dale which is weird as he is a Neighbours icon....

I howled like a baby all the way through. My sister phoned just as the episode finished and thought someone had died. "N-no... she just called him Alf...! *howls*"
They probably didn't give her a montage since they did one when she got stabbed for the first time.
(Have tissues ready, it makes me howl.)

Thank the lord for kindred spirits! I cried a river during yesterday's episode. It was up there with Vera's death in Corrie for soap-related sobbing. I had to have a lie down afterwards, I was so emotionally drained...
I think the rude dream might be a tad wrong, but will watch and ponder before I completely judge you.

Fair enough. He has the look of a pre-watershed crush. I think it might be the curly hair/kindness combo.

That made me cry too, I remember the bit with the candles at Finns funeral - I howled That whole dying episode I was upset but it was when the silhouette of Flynn touched her shoulder and she turned around to the candles I too let out a wail! I rewatched the moment on youtube the other day and it still brings a tear

I just looked him up on Wiki - Josh Quong Tart. That name is beyond fabulous. (Sadly I am 2 months older than him which is scary as I had him pegged at about 32.)

Just wanted to share. I haven't done my top ten men as my tastes are too random and fickle but he'd be in there.

It distracts me whenever shes on screen. They do seem to have grown, if possible. And she's flashin' her gums (not that you can see a lot of them through the teeth) in Australia pace at the moment due to: her and Jack. Getting married. AGAIN. It will never top their first wedding, which was probably one of my favourite soap weddings of all time. They've literally been back together about 5 seconds on the show and now this, its just stretching the realms of reality too far for me. Someone being stabbed twice in the same year I can believe. But this? No.

Have we left it too late to get him into the LC top 10 men? If we all vote him for all 10 places would it work? Re: the spoiler - OMGZ!

It would be fine if they left it there, but unfortunately they've opted for a OMG I'm Pregnant storyline. Of course, she doesn't know who fathered the baby. YAWNFEST.
And poor Jazz has just got drunk at their engagement party and confessed to Tony that she spiked Heaven Sent Rachel's protein shake with laxatives, and he's told her to get out *sadface*
I still can't believe I used to hate Jazz, she's immense.

Rilo: Jazz is my favourite soap-drunk. She was hilarious.
I had heard rumours about the preggo storyline but wasn't sure if it was true. I personally would likeit to be Roman's but surely the writers cannot split Jack and Martha up AGAIN, the fans would riot (more so than usual). My friends think Roman looks like a lion so a lion child with big teeth would be a fantastic creation

I loved the randomness that was her punching Mrs. Jones. Just read that Amanda and Ryan are returning in the next 2 weeks (Oz pace obv), I presume it's for the official opening of The Den, which incidentally I find incredibly silly given that it and the Pier Diner have been open for months (it seems). Needless to say Jazz for Amanda is NOT an equal trade.
Kirsty and a bearded Kane were seen for the first time today in the promo for tomorrow's ep, after it was revealed Irene was looking after their child by talking to Kirsty on the phone at the end of the ep. I'm glad Kirsty's back but I think it's just for an extended guest role.
Re: Martha, apparently she's got cancer as well but I don't know if that's spoiler or foiler, I honestly couldn't be bothered, the only way the J&M story could pan out to my liking would be if he was killed off, I really don't like him. He is weak and incapable of sticking to a decision. Martha has grown on me, I think she has grown as a character and if the weak half of the couple was killed off she could become a big immense weeping widow a la Sally. Someday. (It's quite incredibly likely I'll regret that comparison)
And I don't like Leah anymore.
Oh and the ads at the top of the page are for teeth whitener, LOLZ

Rilo No sightings of Amanda yet, the openings were pretty much a non event (although the episode left the show mid evening so there's still hope?

Hmm I don't understand, I thought it was confirmed, guess it was just a rumour then! Soz. Felt sorry for Leah after the Den opening failed. Apparently her and Miles realise they have a 'connection' soon. I hope they don't act on it though, they have the potential to be a really boring couple. On the other hand I think it would be great to see Leah in Summer Bay House, the chatty bubbly Leah of yesteryear, not the serene judgemental Leah we've become accustomed to over the past 2 years.
Going from spoilers that say Melody's shaken after the party, it's implied Axel raped her. But I think she had sex voluntarily and is disgusted with herself because of it.
Also, I am SO sick of that same promo, "KK were the bay's Romeo and Juliet, now they're back, what do they want from her?" zzzzzzz it's been playing for about a week now and we've still yet to see them onscreen!
And it's the start of the Martha pregnancy story, "I can't tell Jack" Of course not because that would be the sensible thing to do and you are Martha and this is Home and Away. I REALLY hate paternity stories. Going by unconfirmed spoilers, apparently the baby's Romans, she miscarries and then gets cancer. Rippin.

I cant believe I laughed at 'Rippin'' at the end! I want the child to be Roman's but I want it to live!
You so know Miles and Leah will get together. I smelt it a mile off. At least they haven't written Dan out completely, they could have stuck them together a few days after the news of his death so it could be worse.
And I didn't realise that about Melody (the voluntary theory). Interesting! I want some Kane and Kirsty screen time now too. I'm surprised I'm looking forward to this, since I completely missed their era before

Rik's hair is really, really shit now. I do hope he gets a haircut soon. And Roman's daughter, that is whiny blind girl right? Irritating in whichever incarnation. Roman and Morag living together rules!
