Possibly, she would be good; she could play the violin as you type in your pin code.

I love M&S till folk. They really do want to help you. "Did you find everything you were looking for? Are you having a nice day? What are you up to tonight?" You don't get that in Asda.

Twiggy won't be on the judging panel of ANTM cycle 10, due to "scheduling conflicts". I wonder if her harpy duties were getting in the way?

I expect she's too busy bathing in M&S's money to take part in reality tv.

i mean the ones in the newest ad. a few of them look in their late 20s and 30s... usually in M&S you get older people I don't think that's necessarily true. You get a different 'type' of customer in M&S but I'd say nowadays it's all age ranges. The older ones now seem to be the 'Forever 40s' (get me Mary Portas) whilst the people shopping there who are in their 20s and 30s are the safer sensible types. You definitely don't get the trendy crowd, but then I think the models reflect that. I quite like the new ad. One of my favourite episodes ever of 'The Avengers' was set in a lighthouse and it reminds me of that a bit. But when is nautical not in for spring? Even the Pratt sisters on Lark Rise were selling it the other week!

The Harpies do represent the attitude of smug superiority which all M&S shoppers embody. As the owner of several items of Autograph clothing, I am including myself in that grouping. Particularly the superior part.

Particularly the superior part. I own a Per Una skirt which is my favorite item of clothing. It is very Marie Antoinette and allows me to flounce about feeling like the boss of everything. Thinking about it I probably do have a similar smug expression to the Harpies when I'm wearing it.

What have they done with Laura Bailey for these ads?
I'm still waiting for John Barrowman to become a male harpy and appear in an ad with Myleene. Surely it's going to happen in time....

Was Noemie wearing knee high socks and a bikini, or have I been sniffing too many pritt sticks?

Harpy hating goes international (kind of). My friend was Detroit was over here last week and saw the "I want to marry a lighthouse keeper" ad one too many times

M&S are false advertising. They don't actually sell the cropped trousers which Myleene wears (you can't really see them in the tv ad but they are in a magazine ad). I've been looking for some for a while and I saw the magazine ad and thought might as well try them. Went on the website and the trousers they had down as the ones she's wearing look completely different. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt of a bad picture and ordered them but they weren;t what the ad was telling me. I've complained and, despite the claim of all enquiries being responded to with 24 hours, have had no reply. So, either Myleene has REALLY fat legs (which I doubt it the case or else it'd be really noticeable to fit into those) or M&S is claiming to sell something which they do not. I'm disgusted with them.

Is Lizzie Jagger still in these? I don't like her, her hair needs brushing and she looks like she's got gingivitis.

So, Myleene finally gets an ad to herself, which begs the question: did she knock out all the other Harpies in a desperate bid to have the camera to herself, or were they just all sensible enough to have picked up their foreign currency before they were about to dash off on holiday?

The new ad is a bit odd. The young beautiful women are running around in their bikinis and Twiggy is spying on them through a telescope.

Spying on them and the small children, no less.

What did she do with her baby? I wonder if that's why she can't close her suitcase, it can't be her M&S bikini that's filling it up.
