Vera: Is Loose Women on today?
Jack: You hate Loose Women. You always call them Moose Women.
Vera: I like that Chubby Nolan.
Amazing! Although poor Coleen. I can imagine her watching and starting to cry into her portion of chips.
(Also, why is Vera stuck in a chair? I've missed the last few episodes.)

(Also, why is Vera stuck in a chair? I've missed the last few episodes.) She fell down the stairs after tripping on Jack's Pigeon Fanciers Monthly which he left there rather than tidy up. It's part of a rather odd housework whinge storyline seemingly put in just to give J&V + Tyrone & Molly an excuse to appear.

The brilliant Blanche turning off Jeremy Kyle as her family had been living in it for the last few months.

I did laugh at Janice bemoaning Hayley's dithering, complete with Mavis Wilton impression.

Explain, please... This isn't 1978 Austrian entry to Eurovision Schmetterlinge is it? If so, AMAZING.

Jamie's had sod all to do since Frankie left, but asking Lloyd who he'd rather sleep with, Vanessa Feltz or Jodie Marsh, was an inpsired moment - especially as Lloyd picked Vanessa.

I have the exchange recorded. Would you like me to transcribe it, Adrian? Thank you for your kind offer, but I looked at the ITV Catch Up website and got the gist of it. I'm pleasantly surprised that anyone knows what Schmetterlinge is.

This is going back a few episodes - when Claire and Casey were in the cafe, discussing Claire being unable to talk about her problems, the background music was You Keep It All In by The Beautiful South.
Metatextual fabulosity.
