My sister was telling me what her friends had been saying about Aisleyne on the final night.. she was round at one of theirs watching the final and they were both slagging off Aisleyne, calling her a whore, and saying that she's just "asking for it" by wearing the clothes she does... and my sister, having listened to my Aisleyne arguments, was sticking up for Ais, saying at least Aisleyne has a nice bum and she would rather someone walked around with a thong on than with their tits out because if you were talking to a topless woman you wouldn't know where to look, and they just wouldn't accept it, but then one of them (the reeeeally fat one, might I add) said that if she were in Big Brother, she'd walk around topless, and the other one said that she had slept with a married man earlier that day...
It fucks me off so much when people call women that they don't know whores just because of the way they dress or present themselves... Aisleyne isn't easy just because she has a good pair of fake tits and a nice arse that she has every right to show off..

But another part of me thinks "she was ahead of the three people she beat by a very clear margin, so that's nice". And realistically, I'm not sure how much one website can expect to do in the course of two weeks or so when Glyn and Pete have had fairly substantial support since day one. Perhaps the important thing here is that Aisleyne was clearly pleased at ranking as high as she did, and that kind of makes the whole campaign worthwhile, right? |

Not only did LowCulture get into the news but we severely shook up everyone when Nikki was thrown out on her arse and Aisleyne became the queen of BB7. Pete and Glyn had too much support and their editing was always very positive and people are dumb and easily manipulated. Aisleyne's here to stay, I'm sure of it. I would rather see her on Heat than that horsey bitch Grace. In short, we done well. |

I was very, very annoyed at Aisleyne coming third at first, but realistically I suppose she is a cult classic, not a bestseller, TM Mike Skinner.
I loved LOVED her face when Nikki and Richard were evicted before her (I believe that was eyebrow manoeuver #812), loved her working for the cameras, loved how freaking tall and Amazionan and generally formidable she looked when striding down the catwalk, loved how she took the boos in good grace (ahem) and loved that Davina didn't put her through the mill.
She looked fucking hot on the otherwise waste of space reunion show. I can see why Grace, Nikki et al hold so much bile for her. Though she's not the prettiest pig in the pen, when she's 'on' she makes them lot look downright dowdy.

As I said before - trust me guys, I'm a straight* - Aisleyne was frequently rather attractive. She had by far the best boob job/boobs in general in there, and could really doll herself up something special. But more than that, it's the personality that counts, kids, and when she wasn't going into hysterics she was just rather adorable.
*obviously there are many inherent flaws in the phrase 'trust me I'm a straight', to the point where it's probably best not to trust me or anyone else on that basis at all in any way ever

Aisleyne's tit job was pretty spectacular; they 'sat' very naturally. I'd say Imogen, Jennie and Susie were the hottest women of BB this year, though. And now I'll stop this discussion as it makes my often spouted 'outrage' at the misogyny so rampant on BB look ever so slightly hypocritical.

Well, Aisleyne did commit the ultimate Big Brother crime - she's a woman.
The casual misogyny of the show (particularly among the female contestants, who do for feminism what Scud missiles do for the Middle East peace process) disgusts me.
Having said that, there's only one way I want to see that spoiled, self-obsessed 'Daddy's little princess' Nikki back on my TV screen: and that's a show where she's strapped to a rock with an eagle eating out her Evian-filtered liver.

New 'More' mag out this week with Aisleyne looking glamorous on the front and promising more tales from her rather hellish pre-BB life.
Was all ready and excited to buy it when I noticed a small box on the cover promoting Nikki's column carrying a tagline which was something to the effect of:
"what it's like shagging Pete with his really massive cock'
Nearly choked on my Monster Munch as I was so horrifed. Could not bring myself to buy said mag after this travesty of taste.
For those with stronger stomachs who are missing Aisleyne it is in shops now. Buy it (or read it for free in the Co-Op like I do).

After a long period of absence (sob!) Aisleyne reappeared on the front of The Star yesterday. Hurrah! It carried the genius tagline (which I will now paraphrase as I can't remember it exactly):
