I'd like to believe Jade will be vilified by the press when she gets out and we never have to look at her again.
However what will probably happen is Davina will be gurning and giggling duing the interview and saying "Oh Jade, what are you like?" and "You're a very honest person" and the week after see her on the front of Heat magazine having been paid a lot of money for "her true story of her time in the BB house."

I've just sat and watch Jade Goody rant about Shilpa, her 'special treatment', how she's manipulative and how Jade's a real honest genuine person knowarImean for an hour. It was hideous. It was like being inside a sack with three cats you never liked as they slowly sink to the bottom of the canal and thrash about at anything in a desperate attempt to distract themselves from the reality of their situation.
Oh, and Jo's abortive racist limerick was classy.

I'm worried that what MoondialSlater says will happen. It happened with Jackiey. She continued to call Shilpa 'the Indian' after the eviction, and didn't really give any reason for disliking her so much, yet Davina laughed it off and said how wonderful she'd been. If that happens again with Jack, Jade, Danielle or Jo, I will have to throw something at the tv.

Dermot on BBLB more or less tried to justify Jade and the harpies actions by the fact that they hadn't said any of their racist remarks to Shilpa and I was utterly gobsmacked. I was so glad Narinder (BB2) told him how utterly stupid his statement was, I am finding this series of CBB utterly disturbing, but I agree that maybe now the public will once and for all forget about Jade. IF Davina is nice to her on her eviction though she deserves to be sacked.

just flicked to the live streaming. it appears danielle has been called to the diary room and jo and jade are sat at the dining table looking like shit, no make-up on, bad hair, bad cardi (jade) and dressing-gown (jo, who appears to live in this now), jo smoking a faaag and they're both pondering if they're in trouble. it is exactly like watching two of the less pretty ones from prisoner cell block h in a scene from one of the crap episodes that didn't have bea smith or rita connors in. Jo is so slovenly, it reflects so badly on her. Can't she even try and put some clothes on? She seems to spend the whole time in that dirty terry robe smoking a faaag - not very s-club. |

I agree with point number two completely; I gasped reading it. In my newspaper there is a statement from Endemol explaining: "The social interactions and dynamics of the group are one of the key parts. Viewers have a right to see these potrayed accurately".
On a previous Big Brother's Little Brother the Loose Women panelist/Goodness Gracious Me actress brought the subject of Jackiey being racist and Dermot just went "awwww don't" etc as if he just couldn't handle this subject being brought up. I remember thinking "good for you" on her saying this because too many people groan when words like "racist" and "sexist" are used as if they can't deal with the implications - "oh, but it's not doing any harm to me".
To watch Shilpa have to be nice to people she knows not only don't like her, but hate her, is heartbreaking. It's agony having to put up with other people's bullshit as it can so easily have appeared with her going berserk. She's handled everything amazingly, but even when the show preview 'after the break' with Shilpa saying about the different culture I can't help but feel that even that is plotting against her.
Jade Goody is a social wart.

Has anyone read / seen Popcorn by Ben Elton? It's all a bit like that I think... I know it's wrong and to stop it being aired / encourage them to evict the culprits I should stop watching... but somehow it does make it more compulsive viewing. Although I normally get cross with it and have to change channels anyway.

Wasn't there a story in the papers last week saying that Jade had liposuction and didn't lose weight through exercise? I hope she gets arrested for fraud - she made loads of money on her DVDs.
Davina better give Jade a bollocking.
When are nominations!? Are they not having an eviction this week, because Leo left? If they hold nominations soon I expect it will be Shilpa up against Jade. Jade, Jo the ho, Danielle and Jack will vote for Shilpa. Shilpa, Jermaine, Dirk and possible Cleo would vote for Jade. And maybe Ian.

Who would buy a Jade Goody fitness DVD? she releases one every year and then a couple of months later, piles all the pounds on again. December/Jan comes round, she 'loses' weight and is in closer mag (or whichever) tellnig us about her amazing diet and her wonderful fitness regime. If she keeps porking up - as she does every single bloody year, it's obviously not much cop.

I was at the Library today (where I'm temping) and a lady came up with Jade's autobiography. So I scanned her library card and the machine wouldn't take it. In my bored state and a desire to get some conversation going I said "Well it looks like the machine doesn't like Jade either". The woman looked at me, opened her mouth and said in a Jade-a-like South London craw "Well yeah, there's a lot of people making unfair judgements about 'er. She's a very misunderstood girl at the moment. Ar Meain, they're saying she's racist but 'aow caan she be what wiv 'er bein' quartercaste an' that. Or mixed race as they make us call it nahw."

Channel 4 will be guaranteed a massive phone vote and massive viewing figures. As tempted as I am to vote for Jade to go, I don't want them to get any of my money.
I will of course watch because it will be very interesting to see how Davina handles it. Will she do a Makozi, or will her agent advise her that it would be in both their interests if Jade gets an easy ride?
The reliable leaker on DigitalSpy says that tonight's show makes very uncomfortable viewing.

Davina will prove, once again, why her chatshow flopped when she proclaims Jade to be a 'great housemate' and then Jade will act dumb and claim Shilpa is 'fake' (that word again) and they'll be cheered by well placed Endemol/BNP members. |

On BBLB, Dermot's just said that although it's been reported that Jade & Shilpa are nominated, it's just speculation and nothing's been confirmed.
I like how the man who was sat next to Brian (Paul something?) pointed out that although we laughed when Jade said she was the 25th most infilential (sic) person in the world, look at what's happened. Protests in India, debate in the House of Commons, it's even been reported in America. Horribly bizarre.

After the Nikki re-entry I promised myself I would never vote on BB again. However, I think this might be too important for principles to get in the way. |
