Maybe she meant ketchup? "I don't dip my chips in ketchup". Ketamine sounds like ketchup, doesn't it?
I really fancy chips and cheap brown sauce now.

To give her credit, Atomic Kitten was a better band when she was in it. It just so happened that her leaving/being impregnated by a Westlife/being replaced by an ex girlband member gave the band the attention it needed to boost them into the mainstream. They weren't necessarily a better band when she left, just more successful due to the attention they were now getting. Plus the song they made it big with was an MOR track, which then meant they tried to emulate its success with yet more MOR dross. So in many ways, they were a worse band after she left.
in fact, I was listening to I Want Your Love today on my way to work, such an amazing song.

But 'I Want Your Love' is only good because of the sample from the theme from 'The Big Country'
That said, I do love 'The Last Goodbye' more than is healthy.

"Right Now" was tops. The song, not the album.

That said, I do love 'The Last Goodbye' more than is healthy. The Last Goodbye is the only Kitten song on my mp3 player. It is every shade of lovely. It's a lovely song to walk to when it's getting dark, with your collar turned up.

I've not heard it in years, but I did quite like Love Doesn't Have To Hurt at the time. It was co-written by Susanna Hoffs- does that mean she actually liked their version of Eternal Flame?

I don't think it was written for Atomic Kitten, rather it being a rejected song from the old Bangles days.
The other 3 Bangles didn't like their own version of Eternal Flame, so god knows what they made of the Kittens'.

I am gonna come out of the closet and say I loved a lot of Atomic Kittons mid-temp stuff including this one, If You Come to me and You Are and Follow me. There. I said it. I feel better now. Oh and "I want your love" is great.
